The shop was very busy with tire-related customers as well as others. The store had a problem with one of their tire machines causing them to take the tires for some service to another location during the process. As the jobs and customers mounted, the professionalism displayed by Tony and Serina(?) was incredible. Employees with less skill, maturity and experience would have been lost and the situation would have deteriorated quickly. Huge kudos to Midas, Tony and Serina(?)!!

Scheduling my appointment for the next day was easy. As I was walking into the building, the desk attendant was already checking me in! The wait time was not long. I wanted my tires rotated but they are greater than 5 years old. They weren’t rotated but I wasn’t charged. I had a couple coupons - one for the oil change/tire rotation. It was initially applied but removed once tires weren’t rotated. The second coupon was applied so I still received a discount. My truck was parked in front of the door as I exited - no need to try to figure out where it was parked! Everyone was professional and friendly. A great awesome experience!

Too expensive. I could have got my oil changed gor 39.99 at Precision Tune. The only reason I went to Midas's is my Mother was admitted in the St Francis hospital in Columbus Ga. Midas's was across the street. Needed to be close by in case I was needed there. I am paid 60 bucks. Could be have to saved 20 dollars.
