An associate phoned me before my appointment to find out exactly what I wanted done to my vehicle, he explained very well what would take place. I confirmed my appoint. On the day of my appointment I dropped off my vehicle, was called with what was found, cost for repair and time it would take to finish the job. I told them I needed to discuss the problem with my son. Called back and told them to repair the vehicle. They didn’t twist my arm or try to scare me into repairs. Everyone I spoke with at that location was kind and professional. I had no complaints.

There is one employee who is very rude in tone. I went online and made an appointment based on the time slots listed. I call the local Midas facility because last time, I did not recieve a call back, however the same rude representative, claim she call me back but there is no message nor call listed in my phone. When I call this time, she state that we do not take 4:30 appointments. I share it was an option online. I was told that was created by headquarters and we do not here. I recommended someone should contact head quarters and share that information. She stated that has nothing to do with them. Totally unacceptable. This is not the first time, I have had them concerns, just the first time, I decide to write sharing my concerns. I went in the next morning, because Midas is where I get my tires, oil changes and repairs. The oil was changed but no inspection was done. When I inquired, I was told we can do it but it make take another 20 or 30 minutes. I have never gotten any service done at the Midas on 13th in Columbus, Ga without an inspection being done. Definitely not what I have become accustomed to at this location.
I called to let them know my check engine light was on, they said bring it in. I was diagnosed with a Mass airflow sensor failure that was the reason why the engine light was on

I had a Oil Change done which included Tire Rotation but I didn't need it. I was charged more without the Tire Rotation & there was a $5.00 Coupon which wasn't deducted. The Price I choose was $44.99 & Jessica said " The regular Price is $54.99 but it didn't show anywhere. I don't understand that I have to pay more because I didn't needed Tire Rotation & it should have been $39.99 with the Coupon plus Taxes of course. I'm on fixed Income & I try to save a little Money.

Had a headlight (that I purchased and brought in) replaced and not only was my vechicle not totally put back together after the work was done, but the headlight was not even alligned or aimed. I paid $137 to have this done. Also my new headlight was scratched, which they did buff most of the scratch out and they did give me an free oil change voucher. But I spent most of the weekend trying to fix what I already paid them to do. Not Happy.
Four New Tires were also installed.

Replaced front pads and painted calipers, could not her the break bled correctly. Midas did it in less than an hour for a very reasonable price, and gave me a full inspection. Nice for a home mechanic to let a pro look at a car and get a seal of approval.
I'm so grateful that I was able to take my flat tire in and get service right away.

as always I had to take my truck in for an oil change and they found a hole in my water pump! made an appointment for the next day and it was done in an hour like he said. I always get great service and respect keep up the good work guys
I have been going to this Midas for years and have always received great customer service. The staff is always professional and courtesy. I would not go anywhere else to have my truck serviced.

"When I got ready to drive off the attendant that service my vechile ran over and said that waste oil or did tighten something up. With that being said, oil was all over my garage the next day. whatever he did was not good."
