This site may want to consider getting a new parts supplier. They showed up once but did not have the oil filter my vehicle required. If a customer is waiting for something as simply as an oil filter, the management should inform the customer as soon as they realize they do not have it on hand and will have to order it. I only found out because I heard an associate talking with their supplier on the phone stating they were still waiting on an oil filter because it did not show up with the first order of parts. If I had not asked if I was that unfortunate soul (which clearly I was) they would not have even told me.
Went in and had all brakes and rotors replaced. Drove straight to work and to get gas on break. While on the way back to work from break, I could tell something was wrong with the breaks. I called and the situation was taken care of, however it was made to seem like it was no big deal. I don’t expect to spend $900 to have to have my car towed and worked on again. When I asked about a partial refund, I was told I would be contacted and nobody ever followed up which was quite disappointing. I’ve been coming to this location for years, but I’ve never been more disappointed. I believe more should have been done to rectify this situation.
The people (Corey & Mathew) were very professional, and they were exceptionally friendly a the same time. They took the time to show me what the problem was and how it was going to be resolved. Never had to ask what was going on because they constantly kept me up to date.

Try to charge $60 more for a battery than autozone, who makes money off their parts. Then tried to charge a $70 labor fee for changing a battery which is ridiculous. Auto zone guy did it for free with the same battery $60 cheaper. I saved over $100 on letting autozone do my battery alone. After I saw how crazy the pricing is of changing the battery for $70 that sits on top of everything …I decided I will be probably purchasing my parts and having someone else do the labor.
The price of the oil change and “included” tire rotation was not explained up front. $75.00 of a conventional oil change and a managers “discount” of $20.00. $55.00 total. I will more than likely shop around next time.
No surprises. The service was exactly what I was told, i.e., the cost and time needed to put new brakes on all 4 wheels. The manager was kind and friendly. I will return for other issues on my Camry LE.
The work Midas performed was quality as always. Their choice of who to sublet providing the transmission rebuild was poor at best. It was quoted originally to take 3-3 weeks but was almost 6 weeks.

When I spoke with Cody initially about the brakes on my Honda Civic, he was kind enough to let my husband and I to bring the Civic at the end of the day. Cody, called me to let me know that the car was ready to be picked up. I thought that I was going to be able to get that day to pick it up. I ended up calling Cody, and I told him that I would not be able to be picked up until the next day. I was extremely happy with Cody. He was very polite and understanding. The feel of this shop has changed drastically over the last year. It's constant changing faces and although everyone is friendly enough, it doesn't feel like a professional business like it used to. It also lost the family feeling as for a decade they knew who we were (and our cars) when we walked in. Price went up without warning. Didn't pay attention to details of prior services there (said tires didn't need rotating since I "just" got them--10 months ago and 15k miles ago--Also asked what oil I used--after they did the oil change). Forgot to reset oil change notice (I caught before driving off and they fixed). After I got home, realized they didn't even change out the sticker (so I wrote my new date and mileage on the old sticker). If they can't remember to do the simple stuff (like change a sticker), it makes me nervous to think what else they forgot to do. The last three experiences here have left me feeling like we made need to find another shop sooner rather than later.
This was my 3rd time at Midas. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and quick but thorough. Best service I have gotten in a very long time. I love that they do many services. The 1st time I went there for an oil change & tire rotation, they asked me if there was anything else they could help me with. I jokingly say " Can you replace my driver side mirror? I was teaching my niece how to drive and she wacked it backing out of the garage. And they said yes! I asked how much, they told me, and it was a better price than all the places I checked. Store manager, Cody, was amazing, patient, thorough, and friendly. Cody took his time explaining the problem with my car and the defective part and he never once was rattled by the circumstances. Cody made my experience easy, he explained everything. He let me know that the problem was I thought I was having was not the case and explained what the problem was and fixed it same day. I was worried about the price, but Cody assisted with that as well. He didn't let me leave without notifying me of some other issues they noticed.

After paying to have my brakes and rotors replaced they now squeak. I took them in to have this fixed only to be given a hard time by the new location I went to who said i needed to produce a receipt of service before they would look at it. I knew this wasnt true because I had already called over to the location where the work was done and been told I could go to any location to have it serviced under the warranty. I called over to the first location and had them talk to the second location on MY phone to clear things up because the guy at the location i was at was telling me the computer systems werent linked and he couldnt pull up my information.....After all that my truck sat there all day.... I had to call at the end of the day to see if the work had been done only to find out that "there is nothing worng"....my brakes still squeak.

I had the oil changed and all four brake pads replaced and drove home. The tire warning lights were on, so I checked the pressure. All four tires were at 40psi, when the recommended is 34! I corrected the pressure myself. Then, when I started the car, there were 4 loud warning beeps and they happened each time I restarted the car. I called a Mazda dealer to see if they knew why and they said probably because the service setting was not turned off when the Midas techs worked in my car. I returned to Midas and explained both issues. They claimed that they Always set the psi correctly, so I must have been mistaken. Then, they took the car into the bay and did something. When they came out, I was told that it was just the seat belt chimes I was hearing — Not True. I had NEVER heard the six loud sounds before the techs changed my brakes. Yes, they did correct the sounds, but why did they not tell the truth about what caused them? I’ve been a Midas customer for 25 years in three different states and this was the WORST. I will never return to this shop in Kennesaw, GA ever again. Honesty and integrity are key values I live by.

My car is driving a little "off" after getting it back. It feels like brakes may need to be checked (I have lifetime brakes with Midas). It stinks that they didn't notice when working on or driving the car and that I'll have to take the time to bring it back in.
