Chris was great from start to finish. When he heard I was having issues with my brakes he got me in to the shop asap. He was well informed, up front, and honest from start to finish. Took my vehicle in with a check engine light and hard starting. Expected to have the alternator replaced, but the diagnostics came back OK and it turned out to be bad terminals and bad battery. Some other shop may have stuck me with the big job, but these guys are PONO!

However I had extra work done such as filters replaced, fluids changed out which made my car run so much better. well I did have a coupon for an oil change and tires rotation bill came up to $103.00 and they told me that I will have the tires rotated and oil, your service Man told me I dinot need tires rotation this time , So I think my Bill came up way too expensive just for an oil change .. Chris in the office was really helpful. Malcom answered every question I had with ease and patience and he was who I also cashed out with, easy process. Made all the copies I needed. Tony who actually worked on my vehicle also answered me questions and concerns. Very knowledgeable young man and really knows what he’s doing. Time was amazing! They told how long it was going to take when I arrived there and they were on time. The lobby was the cleanest I ever seen in a auto place. Restroom too. Fresh hot coffee and water available. Over all greasiest experience I have ever had in a garage type business.

knowing what Circumstances that my truck was in chris was vary straight forward with what needed to be done to get my truck working again. i was impressed when i told him that i couldn’t pay the grand total and i asked him if it was okay if i could do the others later or next time he understand it. so i told if i could fix the major problem first and he told that’s the best way just so i could get to work and do daily things.

I was able to get all the services I was hoping for completed on the same day: oil change, brake check and vehicle inspection. The service technicians were friendly and knowledgeable.

I've taken our vehicles there and have been very happy with their service. Chris is honest about problems and a realist about the how soon service must be done in a timely manner. Also, getting an appointment there has never been a problem and when something happens unexpectedly, Chris will always try to get me in without an appointment.

Midas damaged my truck on the lift. Broke a motor off my power step. when I came to pick up my truck I was handed the part they broke and told not to come back they no longer want me as a customer. i give them a -1 star

Just wanted a alignment as close as you could get. There was a loose bolt in the steering that made the wheel wobble and pull left when braking. Thank you for tightening that bolt. It drove much better and stopped pulling when braking. As far as the alignm

We are now Midas people. I had taken this vehicle to Lex Brodies and they said there nothing they can do & I should take it to the dealership. Jake, a master mechanic, made this 3rd generation 4Runner purr. I will always go back to the Midas in Kona. Jake also said the engine block itself was in amazing condition for the cars age. With Jakes help we can keep that way.

I made my appointment did arrive early no problem they got me in and out faster than they said great job will continue to use Midas in the future . We used a company down the street from them for years but their attitude left something to be desired.
