I was highly satisfied with the friendly service that was provided. All questions and concerns I had were addressed. The brake down of the things that I should be expecting or need to attend to in the future after their vehicle inspection was very informative. All the buttons I checked explain why.
I attempted to schedule an online appointment and a static email reply sat on my computer screen for a week stating that someone from Midas would be in contact. Well, that never happened. I called the store directly and and an appointment over the phone.
I came in to hav a tire patched. They told me honestly that the tire wasn't good for patching. Instead they sld me a new comparable one at a fare cost. The service was very fast and affordable even on my very tight budget.

The Safety inspection was done right away.
Paid $178 for an oil change and the replacement of two wiper blades. Perhaps I should have asked more questions but I have always received a wheel rotation and courtesy check with the oil change. I see from your website that this considered the maintenance package. I have been using this Midas location for close to 10 years and the desk people have always been more upfront about the services offered and received, and willing to look after my best interests when offering services. I am not sure how much the maintenance package is now, but I would think it is less than the $128 I paid just for the oil change. There has been significant turnover at this location and I will be looking at other shops for my automotive needs in the future.
Went in to make an appointment, was able to bring my car in the next day for an oil change. Everything was done in an hour like they said it would. Very satisfied customer.

Each person we dealt with, from the front desk associate to the mechanic, were helpful, accommodating, and willing to provide us the service we needed on the day we called.
The office manager (Jonah perhaps?? From Oahu) was exceptional, the office was VERY busy between walk ins and phones but he communicated and checked in with everyone in the room. He brought oarts and filters in to show me wear before asking if I wanted to replace them. Additionally a part was found missing in my car when they were checking over it and they were able to send for parts and replace it while I was there which was a huge bonus.
Rotation of tires is a big plus. Did the online service appointment n did not get a response so went in to shop n he said to check spam but was not there.was no problem to go in n was told I did have a appointment made
Tim the man running the desk was great. I used to use this Midas starting back in 2018 but the customer service was HORRIBLE! The phone would never be answered, there was no parking for your car, staff appeared unhappy...finally stopped using altogether and had no plans on ever going back. But I did try again as I just needed an oil change and safety check and Tim responded immediately and was friendly.
Everything went as smooth as possible. From the scheduling to the complete service I was very satisfied. Easy and comfortable to work with.

I scheduled a appointment to be first one at 7:00 am, because I couldn’t be late for work.I arrived and I was not on schedule but they took me anyway and were extremely efficient.Soon checking my calendar I realized I’d made the mistake not Midas as I thought. I went on wrong date. Thank you to the manager who was willing to squeeze me in and have me out in record time.
I didn’t have an appointment and I was told that it may take to an hour to an hour and a half to get my safety check done because they are short staffed but it only took them less than an hour from the time I got checked in. I was stoked.

Tim was exceptional on the phone while booking my appointments. The friendliness of the staff was pleasant. Very easy going and personable staff and wasn’t as busy like other places so I enjoyed that.

I have been taking my car to Midas for a number of years. And there is a good reason for it. The service has always been a step above excellence. They have very knowledgeable mechanics and I have been able to keep my older car running because of their expertise. The Manager and staff are friendly and courteous The Manager gives me the impression that he is always in charge and takes pride in his good service.
I was not satisfied with my attempt to make a reservation on line. No one got back and I did not receive a confirmation. The online price was 49.99., but that price was never offered. I had a coupon for 59.99 and it was honored.

Do not take your car here if you need your tires realigned. Given run around about how I should have gotten my truck realigned every 6months to a year. Go to Napa.
