The staff at this location were very helpful in explaining the Hawaii safety inspection process and they were flexible when I had to reschedule the appointment due to not having my Hawaii car insurance established. The employee I was working with was even kind enough to schedule my 2nd vehicle on the same day back to back with my first vehicle for ease of scheduling on my part.
The staff went above and beyond to help me, specifically John and Brayden. John helped me out with additional questions and really assisted me in ways that other auto shops on island can’t even come close too. Give both of them raises!
A bigger customer parking area would be beneficial. A highly satisfied experience is not to be used lightly.

I was not informed beforehand that the waiting room for customers was being remodeled and that customers had to wait in the service area with the mechanics and cars without any air conditioning. It was a hot day and the sun was shining right in the service area. I had to UBER to and from the service location and spent an extra $32 for the rides. Maybe next time, I will go to a different location.
Fast efficient drop off processing. Oil Change, tire rotation, and safety check were done quickly and efficiently. Brake inspection was requested, but no problems were found, and no unnecessary services were performed. Car was ready when promised. Check out and payment was processed with no problems. Although they didn't have any appointments available on the day I needed service they told me they could squeeze my car in for some tire maintenance. I dropped my car off at 11 AM and got a call around 2 PM that it was done. The pricing and services done on my car were clearly communicated. Pricing was fair and honest. Staff were very very friendly and took the time to explain everything. Every question I had, answered. 10/10 would recommend if you need any type of car services.

My van was finished earlier than expected and done well. Given the battery is under the seat makes it very difficult to replace and they did it very fast. I'm very satisfied with the mechanics they have.

The guy that greeted me ( I think his name was John) was very efficient, courteous and accommodating. A friend did an oil change on my car and forgot to replace a gasket, took it to this guy's and they took the time, listen to my issue, and resolve it in minutes. Went the extra mile to help me and resolve my issue. Definitely scheduleding in this location for the next oil change. Friendliness with all the staff is 100%... The communication between the associate and the owner of the car (myself) was lacking. I was quoted for a sub $230 job 2 hours after dropping off my vehicle, but the bill ended up being over $2000 for what was needed to be fixed. This demonstrates a clear lack of effective communication between the customer and the associates. I would advise other clients to sit in the office and wait for the car's diagnosis before leaving.

It was very easy to set appointment online, they called next day to confirm time. Checked in very quickly, went for a walk in nearby park, was called to explain my brakes were needing replacement, thought the price was quite high for brakes but still appreciate they checked them. Shortly after the update was called to say it was complete and I walked back. Everything was smooth and the cost was what I was quoted. Will go back for sure.

Any problems I have with my vehicle or my wife’s vehicle I call Rico for consultation. He has been a very good mechanic in diagnosing the problem with the vehicle. There isn’t many people today that are willing to give you good advise or diagnose the problem with your vehicle.

I believe I got a good deal on my tires. Checking in was easy. Checking out was just as easy, but I didn't have any paper work to show for that the job was done. I wasn't sure of the mileage on my vehicle when i set up for the service but it was way over what I told them over the phone. I'm surprised that the wheel alignment service is not guaranteed for at least a year. The air in my tires was supposed to be 32 psi. It was actually 50 psi when I checked it as soon as I got home.
Charlie was a friendly and helpful. I had specific questions and she answered them all with ease while also trying to get me the best price possible. The appointment was expected to be almost to hours and finished in 1 hour which was greatly appreciated. I’ll definitely recommend and be back to this location.

No complaints really. Midas staff always super helpful and professional but they do carry pretty pricey tires. I wish they carried more cheaper variety.
