I took my vehicle in for an oil change/ inspection and diagnosis of my brake assist warning light coming on Jan 5th. I was informed the brake assist light was coming on due to bad brakes, rotors and calipers. The brakes, calipers, and rotors were fixed the next day, $1100 later. The brake assist light came back on two days later. I took it back in January 12th only to be informed the brake assist light was “probably “ on due to a leak in the coolant pipe OR low battery voltage. I would think both of those should’ve been noticed January 5th if the vehicle was inspected properly. They gave me a quote for the battery, but was uncertain about the coolant pipe. No thank you, I will not be back. I advise anyone else to take their vehicle somewhere else!

Often times, they are juggling multiple phone calls and back to back customers, and I've never seen any of them show any signs of frustrations. Midas made getting an oil change very easy and convenient.
The vehicle was driven into the service bay right after I was immediately greeted as soon as I walked into the office. Representative explained clearly what the issues and corrective actions were after he had shown me the vehicle after they had done the inspection. After the work was complete, I was explained what work they had done, what the itemized charges were and what the warranty terms were. Completely professional and courteous. Outstanding experience.

When I was growing up Midas was a muffler store. Hadn't heard much about Midas since then. I had a problem with the exhaust system with my car so found a Midas dealer to assist. Was quite surprised that you had a lot of services. That is good to know for the future. I will be back when needed.

There was an issue during the installation. It was issue with the vehicle and outside of the control of the technician but the found a solution and resolved the problem. Don’t schedule oil changes when you don’t have the personnel to perform them.If you are unable to perform the service scheduled in the allotted time please call to reschedule the appointment. Why waste my time by making me come in to find out you can’t perform the work in the time that was scheduled? Why was I sent a thank you email when the work was not performed?It looks like you’re chasing performance metrics to cover poor management.
There scheduling process is easy and simple. The curtesy check up is a great service making it more willing to spend a little more to get serviced by the Midas Team.

I used to use this location primarily. But management has changed and they are always trying to sell you more than you need. We took the car in for muffler repair. We had all the parts (the initial work was done at Midas) and they wanted us to buy everything new and couldn't tell us if the muffler could be used. Tailpipe alone would be 400+ but Total could be 800 or more if they needed to replace the muffler. We took it to another muffler shop. The said they could use it all except one pipe and we would need new hangers. Total cost $268. Same issue when I had the oil change they said I had a problem with my timing chain and battery and gave me an estimate for the repair. I take my car for repairs at a place I have trusted for years I informed them what Midas said and showed them the paperwork. They returned it to me saying my battery was fine and there was no problem with my timing chain. I did business with this shop for years because they were honest and I would return. I probably won't be back since I found a new honest muffler shop and oil change shop. I used to refer people here for their repairs but its changed so I probably won't be doing that.

The workers were very helpful but being a woman I wasn’t sure of the extra services they were saying I needed. They were able to work with me which is truly appreciate. I just wasn’t expecting extra work that needed to be done with my brakes other than pads and rotors.

From just dropping in and having them look at my 2003 Honda Accord thought I had a catalytic problem. They looked at my car which they took what I consider a good time. which I mean they were thorough. When they explained what was going on with my car what would need to be done. We also discussed the age of my car only having 91,000 Mi on it would it be worth it. Heck we chatted about all sorts of stuff besides just the work being done. I think their personalities and their customer friendliness was awesome. They made me feel comfortable spending my money to make sure my car was safe. I can't say enough positive things there there was just nothing wrong with my visit.

Scheduling was easy to do online and a store employee called me within 30 min. I was able to get in for the most important issue (new battery) exactly when I hoped to. They weren’t able to change the oil at that time but they were up front with me about that. The manager was very friendly and professional and my car was ready quickly and waiting at the door.

So the manager and assistant manager were extremely welcoming, personal and made my visit really good. The technician even came out and explained what he found and made suggestions also, very good customer service overall from everyone.My concern was that I was quoted $99 for the front end one year warranty alignment. However, when I arrived, the assistant manager said the price had gone up, she said, since I was quoted that and it went up $20! She wasn't real clear on whether I was quoted the right price by her on the phone or if it had truly went up since we talked on the phone. I guess I feel like they could have honored the original quoted price and I would have been statisfied by that.

I had a difficult service. My father and husband had recently changed out the radiator and had flushed as much of the milky fluid as they could. When the vehicle was brought to the shop, there was still a loud of cloudy liquid visible. I scheduled for a radiator and transmission flush. The staff were very concerned because of the color of the liquid, so they did multiple flushes on the radiator to clear as much of the milky color as they could. They were still a little worried about the color and said they did the best they could. They thought everything was okay but they couldn't give me a 100%, so I appreciated their honesty. The car drives great and I believe after more time and more driving, the liquid is going to clear more and more. Thank you so much for your honesty and your hard work!

I felt like I was treated differently because I was a woman. When I informed that I was not going through with having my brakes done. Person did not replace brake fluid.
