He ran my card 3 times!! Dad & daughter paid $1100 for both brakes and rotors at car-x. My back brakes calipers, and rotors $1295 (quoted $1100 with $100 off; i don't understand how). Then got told, I also need balljoints. Hope I don't die! Also, quoted for front brakes, 4 tires, and brake flush.

We felt that the manager on duty at the time (Cody?) dismissed our concerns and questions as inconsequential. As if I didn’t know what I was talking about and we felt he had more important things to do than talk to us via the phone (one reason no one wanted to call back to question the status). It was condescending, disrespectful and disconcerting to us. We’ve never felt this before and do not want to feel this way again. Thank you.

They were busy and I came in an hour before close. The manager told me he would do his best to work me in. I had no appointment and was from out of town. They got me in and out in 45 mins while I shopped. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience, the friendliness of the staff and my experience.

They called me by name when I got there that was great. Got me right in and let me know that a filter needed changed. They brought in the old filter and a new one so I could see exactly what they were talking about. They were very respectful and easy to talk to and answered all my questions. Great group of people!

As far as I'm concerned the service that I received was short, concise, and to the point. From the moment the truck came in for the fuel pump replacement to the call letting me know that the vehicle was ready was less than 20 hours. The only issue I had was how pricey it was. The staff was friendly, the job was great. 112 for an oil change is a bit much, but I will be going back to get a couple tire sensors fixed next weekend.

Alternator took a dump on Friday night. I emailed this location Saturday morning and got a call. Was able to drop the vehicle off, got a call on the estimate and procedures necessary and they fixed it that day even replaced the serpentine belt which is something that should be done. So Sunday I was able to drive the car to Minneapolis and back without issue. Very happy!

I had my car serviced at Firestone in the past and wasn't very happy. Actually I got screwed so I was scared to go anywhere else until I needed a oil change I took a chance and boy I'm glad I did after my oil change they informed me of the things I needed fix. After the first thing they fixed I don't think my car has ever driven as good as it does now thanks to Midas. These men are polite respectful and the building was nice and clean I think they all need a raise KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

i have used Steve Stoermer's Midas services for several years mainly for tires and minor engine problems. i live three hours away in a town with no Midas franchiseThis was an unscheduled visit for a blown/run-on tire, and was able to get a new tire the same day!two years ago i had my van towed to Steve's because of a failed front axle bearing, and that was taken care of the same day!Steve and his crew are personal as well as professional, and are my go-to guys when i'm in town visiting family!

It may have been a misunderstanding, but I had to call and check on the vehicle. They were just getting it in. I thought it was to be looked at prior to the time I called. They did call when they had looked at it later.

These guys are friendly, knowledgeable, fair, fast. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else for service, tires etc. The manager, Steve, really knows how to take care of his customers.

Both the manager and the technician(?)(mechanic) explained what the likely issue was that was causing my problem and showed me the direct price it would cost to fix the issue with no runaround.

I needed service that day because I was out of town. The staff had to work my service into their already busy schedule, and they went beyond that to show me how they could do a less expensive and faster fix. Dan Thornberg the mechanic and Steve at the desk ALWAYS go above and beyond for me and I see them do that for ALL their customers! If I had to have my car towed the 20 miles to get there, my insurance only pays for 5 miles, I would absolutely pay the difference because I know for a fact that Dan would make sure the problem was handled and Steve would make sure to get me in and they both always have!! I have ONLY been loyal to this particular Midas and if either of them ever left, I would follow them anywhere they went! I actually really liked it better when they were part owners because they were able to help their customers BETTER without any blockage from “Corporate!” Regardless, they still do an amazing job!!! Do whatever you need to do to keep both these men on because I know for a fact, that most of the customers come for them specifically!

Purchased a one year alignment warranty nearly a year ago. When I took my vehicle in the service writer stated that my vehicle needs wheel bearings. The service writer then stated that the alignment would not be covered if the work was preformed anywhere be at that location. That would mean for an entire year no one would be able to preform any work on that vehicle without voiding the alignment warranty. I do not agree with refusal to covered paid services due to not all work being preformed at one location.
