Dealt with the owner. I have my own business. I couldn't be happier with the service, work and the way he explained my situation to me.

Too expensive

The service was fast, easy and I believe it was done correctly.

Matt was very accommodating and thorough with my appointment and what needed to be done in the future.

The manager, Mike, is very though and explains things in an understandable manner. He is friendly and conscience of the customers needs. Best manager this location has ever had.

It was very easy to request an appointment that fit my schedule. Upon arriving my check in was fast and the associate was very friendly. He explained how I can save some money and then they began work on my vehicle. I appreciate being able to wait for the work to be done rather than dropping it off for a day. I will definitely go back. The people were friendly, it was clean and the job was done well.

I had a flat tire that I could not change and the gas station I went to could not get the air to stay in the tire. I had an appointment to go to and was very stressed out. Midas was across the street from the gas station and they were a lifesaver. Helpful, willing and anxious to help. Showed me the state and condition of remaining tires and recommended new tires. My husband met me there to take me to my appointment and Xavier explained everything to him and we chose the tires. Great experience working with them.

As always, I think the cost is too extreme!

I had to make a second trip back to Midas due to an oversite on the initial overall inspection. Had the issue been spotted on my first trip, the issue could have been resolved and it would not have resulted in having my car towed and cost me another $1900 in repairs. However, when this was brought to the manager's attention, he made things right by taking care of additional repairs at no cost to me other than the labor costs involved.I have been using this shop for almost 20 years and will continue to use this shop as my go to repair shop.

I've been going to this Midas shop the last 20 years!I have been always satisfied with their service. Last week I took my Motorhome van for a brake job. It was swerving to the left when I hit the brakes hard and the handling at high speeds was NOT as sure-

Waited way too long for a simple tire replacement. Over 3 hours of waiting when originally I was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half. Then was given the old lie about the tire costing more money than originally quoted. The salesman told me he gave me a deal. Sure, okay. They said the same thing to me last time I bought a tire from them 6 months ago. By the way, it was the same tire that blew. I don't appreciate being lied to repeatedly.
