This was my first experience stepping into a Midas. I’ve always gone to the Jeep dealer for services. Upon entering , Brian Martinez greeted myself and my co-worker. He was very friendly and respectful. He explained everything to us. The wait time was not real long at all. If I went to the dealer I would’ve easily waited 3+ hours even with an appointment! I came without an appointment and was taken care of right away. Brian was the one who helped me out during my visit. He provided great customer service and made my experience great. I don’t like getting an oil change because of how long it normally takes but this was so quick and convincing.

The team over their is really good, I have worked with Dean for 3 years now and any job I have had done has been perfect. He has even given advice on weather or not we should have something repaired because of the age of the car. It is nice to feel that someone has your interest in mind.
