Brian and William both communicated everything well and were friendly. I also thought I needed all new brakes, but they didn't oversell me and only sold me what I really needed.

Over 100$ for an oil change, I would have gone to the dealer for that. No price ever ever given.Price should have been told on phone. I would have never gone.

The mechanics and manager at Midas identified a problem with my car that the actual dealership could not properly identify TWICE. Midas staff talked me through their findings and explained the testing they did to confirm the diagnosis. They are honest, trustworthy, highly communicative, and had my car fixed the same day. They even waited a few minutes after close for me to get the car so I wouldn't be without it over the holiday weekend. These guys are TOP NOTCH and I will never take any of my cars anywhere else again.

My car smelled very bad when I picked it up. I believe the associate working on my car was not clean and had created the smell in the car. No big deal because I just used an air freshener but other customers might handle that differently.

Easy appointment, scheduled immediately, no wait. Lifetime brake pads. Quick work, less than estimated time.

Associates on the front end were great. I can only assume the associates in the garage area are also!!
