I had an appointment for four new tires and an alignment. It took almost 3 hrs. I was one of the first appointments. It should not have taken that long. Additionally, after I called at the two hour mark to check on status of my car I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I got there they told me the forgot it was being aligned and it would be 20-30 minutes more. That is unacceptable.

Bill, Ray and Ron was very extremely informative with the issue with the vehicle, the ease of payment. Midas was my second opinion after receiving a first opinion in which the price was extremely high than what the vehicle is worth and the diagnostics was totally opposite in what Midas diagnostics was. Midas diagnostics was new ignition coil and new distributor while PepBoys diagnostics was replacement of the egr valve, fuel regulator flow, replacement of the gas lines that would have to be made manually as there was no replacement part of the gas line for a 1995 Chevy Astro. Pepboys quoted the repair of $2,600 minus unforeseen situation while Midas cost with tax was $585.80. I almost came this close in getting ride of my late father's 1995 Chevy Astro if I had not thought of getting a second opinion which was Midas. My brother also mentioned about the egr valve needed to be replace.
This is the first service center where I have felt the charges and service were totally honest I have never felt like they were trying to do extra work to make extra money

Upon our visit to Midas we went to have our brakes checked and to find a solution to our Nissan Maxima sliding when he tap the brakes to come to a complete stop. I feel like they were very honest and focused on why I was about to make an unnecessary purchase when I didn't have to. I went to Midas today to have my oil changed. I knew I did not meet the mileage(1500) short of 3000 miles but I was passed on the date due. When the service man checked my oil he said the oil was still clean and I could come back when I am closer in miles.
