I have been getting my car serviced at Midas for 3 years. They always make sure that I am satisfied with my services and fully understand the services that are done. I always feel welcomed when I arrive to a Midas location.

Went to three other shops, two wanted a inspection fee up to 160.00. Decided to try Midas spoke to them about two issues we were having. They asked to put the car on the rack, I was surprised. It took them less than 5 minutes to find the cause of our problems. A hour later all of our issues were taken care of. By the way, not once did they want an inspection charge. Folks this is true customer service, with people that is happy to help you. The employees at this shop love doing their job, it has been several years since I have had this AAA service from anyone!Midas of Bourbonnais you made a new friend and customer. God Bless!

It was easy and quick. Got in and out no problem.

Appointment was for the next morning and I came to drop off vehicle night before and they were able to complete the project the same day, saving me time the following morning.

Jim was fantastic. And very honest, upfront and respectful.

Jim did excellent job on the exhaust and the transmission pan replacement it was done with great details i have a collection of cars that when work needed i will send to Midas.

The manager went out of his way to educate me on my vehicle and work with me when I had problems with my credit card because it was expired.

We were able to come in the same day to fix our muffler. It was a truly wonderful experience.

Both the person that greeted me and explained the services with the coupon and the Mechanic that completed the oil change were very pleasant to chat with.

I appreciated the staff, showing me what the issue was, and what they would do to correct it.

The Price was WAY too much than it should have been. Told me that my Oil Cooler was Leaking but it would have been Nice to Clean Off the Oil that was Spilled Apparently doing the OIl change and let me see because I Cleaned my Engine when I picked it up and I haven't Seen a Drop from the Oil Cooler or the area around it. At least that's what I do at My Shop. I just don't have an Alignment Rack that's why I Jobbed this Vehicle out but don't think I'll use Midas Next time. Midas Used to be a Trusted Name and Brand but Not Anymore!

My oil change costed more than what it typically is at a different Midas location. It may just be that different locations have different prices.

I actually worked at the store 15 years ago and I know how they operate and not pushy for up sale. The mechanic answered my questions and was very polite and helpful
