Everything is getting expensive

My catalytic converter was stolen while I was on vacation in Chicago. Rick was very encouraging and got me right in to make the repair. The part was in stock and they were able to take care of me within 2 hours on the Friday of Labor Day weekend. I’m afraid I’d still be in Chicago if not for Rick and the crew.

From the online scheduling to the intake procedure to the completed project, I found that communication was extremely clear. Once the problem with my brakes was analyzed, the suggested solution was explained in detail before work began. Work was completed in a timely manner.

I know that this location was super busy. When I dropped it off I was told it was going to be awhile. Which I knew because I knew they were busy. The advisor took in my vehicle right away and I was out within an hour. Very satisfied, I was able to make my son's doctor appointment.

I've been going to Midas for over 20 plus years and am a very satisfied Customer. Me. Pat very friendly person and easy to talk too.

The service agents were kind, respectful and gave me fair estimates. I typically feel like auto shops take advantage of women in their assessments and pricing but I felt comfortable and confident with the information that was presented to me.

We were in Chicago visiting family when our brakes started grinding. We were able to have our van serviced the following morning. The 2 gentlemen we dealt with were very kind and explained everything at drop off and pick up. Bring from out of state we were concerned with how we would be treated - the instantly alleviated all concerns upon scheduling the appointment. We've not experience customer service like that before. We were, and are, extremely impressed and appreciative.

It's a very friendly place. I was very happy that explain everything to me and even show me what was exactly wrong with my car.

The technicians were friendly at check in. I got a call that my car was done in under an hour and pick up was quick and easy.

Inspect parts for defects before putting them into vehicles. Install the product with the upmost care. An accident could have occurred because of the neglect. I am highly disappointed in quality and service.

I would like to first go back to the summer when I was having an issue with my muffler. I went to this Midas location because it was close to where I work. They said that something came loose and they put it back to where it was suppose to be and there was no charge! What a nice thing they did. So when my car was now making a loud noise when driving I went back to this Midas location because of their honesty from the summer experience. I made my appointment online which was easy. It said online that they don't open until 8 AM and I work at a school and students arrive at 8 AM. I went earlier hoping that that it would be open or someone would be there so I could leave my car. To my surprise they were open and I was able to drop off my car and walk to school and be there when my students arrived. The person that helped me said he would call in a couple of hours and let me know what was up with my car. He did call within that time and informed me of the problem and how much it c

The associates communicated clearly and as often as needed. The work was done quickly, and they were accommodating as my schedule changed to let us drop the car off at a later point then originally scheduled. Lastly, they did not perform or recommend services or options that were unneeded at this time. And of course the team was friendly from start to finish, both on the phone and in person. Great experience.

Can't really say anything but positive thing about this place. They've done my breaks and oil changes for a couple years and my car runs great and I feel safe in it after I get my car back from the shop.

The car was serviced within a few minutes of arriving. The oil change and run through about condition of the car was handled professionally.

Manager was very helpful. He gave me options to best it my budget and resolve the issue. I went to the Canal St. location and the team there did not return phone calls and did not give options to the problem. The Fullerton location was much better with customer service.
