Scheduling was easy, they adjusted my appointment that I needed, and quickly got to my truck. Staff inside for check in and checkout were polite and took care of everything. No one hassled me for more things needed. They didn’t give me a report showing future maintenance needs though or tire data which I am used to but it was fine.
Old car, Midas tends to do effective mechanical work on a 2003 vehicle.
They took time to explain everything my car needed and how they would get those parts, they even provided pictures and updates on how far they’ve gone with it and what’s left.
All staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I am a senior citizen and everyone was quite respectful. Suggestion - I am 77y/o single female on fixed income of Social Security - we (seniors) would appreciate ,maybe, a 10% senior discount. My drivers seat was extremely dirty when I picked up my car. The work was not all the way complete. I went in for a headlight service and the plastic surround was not installed and was left on my passenger seat.
I took my car in to replace the wheel bearings on one of the tires, which was making a loud noise. I could not tell which tire need repaired. After the serviceman looked at my car, he stated it's best to repair all four wheel bearings because if one goes bad then eventually the others will go bad. However, when I asked which wheel it was, he would not tell me. I told him it was not in my budget to replace all four. He replaced the front two tire wheel bearings. After leaving, my car was still making a loud noise. I took it to a different mechanic and he determined it was the back driver's side tire wheel bearings that needed replaced.
Everything was phenomenal except how long it took to complete the services on my car.
Be familiar with the corporate fleet procedure. When I got the car back, the washer fluid was low, and the sign came on immediately. Other service providers have been to, has conducted better routine inspections to notice things like this. So I was disappointed.

I made the appointment with Midas because my A/C was blowing hot air. Now, many factors could cause this and result in a very expensive repair bill. It turned out that a small part—a relay— was causing the A/C to not engage properly, a problem diagnosed quickly and thereafter repaired for less than $200. My “regular” Midas location had closed earlier this year, so I came to this location where I was pleased to find the Manager from the other location, which I had trusted my vehicle for a number of years. I am happy that I now have another location worthy of my trust, rather than having to go to a local Honda dealer with a dubious reputation. I have no problem paying money to keep my car in good repair; however, I hate paying exorbitant amounts for repairs I really don’t need. Thursday was a very good day!

I've been to this Midas location before and I was very satisfied with the service.This time, I had a problem with my exhaust system. They showed me the problem and clearly explained the price. The repair was done rapidly, they called me when it was done, and the price was within what was quoted.

I came to this site for an exhaust test. A staff member performed the test and took me to my auto and showed me the problems area.
