I’ve normally go to the Midas in Fairview Heights and their customer service was very poor so I decided to try this location because I like Midas when it comes to the services on my car. I’m so Glad that I choice this location the Customer Service was excellent and before they started on different things that had to be done towards my car he made me very aware of what was going on and the price of my service. Quality work and friendly

As soon as i walked in i was greeted with a good morning. He got right to work on getting my oil change and tire rotation going. I was in and out in 30 to 40 min. which was greatly appreciated. Will be my new place to go.

Also they didn't check my fluids because my antifreeze was low I went back about a month later for them to check my oil and antifreeze they told me it'll be $90 just to check my antifreeze. Any other place will check your fluids for free

Great people, fast and budget friendly

The tech or someone that inspected my vehicle left a massive glob of grease on the passenger fender, grease marks around the door handles on the hood from unwashed hands. Missed an exhaust leak from a failed gasket from main pipe to intermediate pipe. I was told if I got the work done be prepared to wait a while as it was an older vehicle and parts are hard to get. Yet every parts store I called has the parts in stock.Comming from a maintenance background, I found the service to be very unprofessional and Midas needs to spend some resources at this location on employee training in customer service, and proper care of customer vehicles. My experience of this visit has lost me as a potential customer for so much as an oil change Thanks

They were very thorough with how they explained things to me and even showed me what is bad verses what’s good when it came to the parts I was getting replaced. Educated me more on my vehicles. Never once did they try to over sell or push purchasing things I wasn’t ready to buy yet.

I didn't notice until I got home there were no prices he did verbally give me a price. I called and asked if I could get a price quote print out he said yes. I sent my friend Margaret stram the next day to get one the rudely told her no that he told me the price. The reason the price quote was so important I came in for a check engine the van is due for emissions test the price was around $2700 we wanted to take the quote and see if she could get an extension for test to put the money together to get it fixed. Not sure I have ever got a quote without itemized pricing. Makes me wonder how honest the quote was. I have an appointment at Dobbs sat. I know they give itemized price quotes it is really a shame I used this store for years before it closed been there once sense you reopened great experience but this visit has not so good thank you for your time

The only complaint I have is that who ever typed in my mileage added one hundred thousand miles and put my car as burgundy instead of red. I have called and hope this problem is resolved.
