I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY APPOLOGIES, JUST EXCUSES. SPENT 4 HOURS WAITING FOR A BRAKE JOB, INEXCUSABLE NOT PROFESSIONAL BUT THIS IS WHAT MIDAS HAS BEEN REDUCED TO.

I came to have a suspected oil leak checked. They had it on rack and I assumed inspected it and said there was no leak. The minute I left my oil light was on which wasn't on before. A minute later Carl called me to advise not to drive cause when I left there was my oil all over their lot. Glad he told me but really how was nothing seen the 30 min it was being inspected. Really not happy with that and having to pay for inspection on top of finding nothing yet my oil leaked out all over lot.

First of all you spelled mt last name, First letter should be a P not a T. Made appointment to check the exhaust system. Before I went to Midas I had a mechanic check out the exhaust on my car and was told that all a need is the Intermidate exhaust pipe. Midas wanted to replace the complete exhaust system including muffler, resonator and intermidiate pipe. Was given a ridiclous price of $ 650.00. What a rip off. Took my car to another Muffler shop and had the intermidate pipe replaced for just under $ 100.00. Will not ever do busiiness or recomend Midas to anyone. Very dissatisified customer.

The manager Karlo was very attentive to my cars problems. After explaining that I thought it was my muffler, he asked to start my car so he could hear for himself. He then offered to drive me to my work which was several blocks away! About two hours later he called to let me know the issue and the total cost of repair. He also suggested that I get a CV boot replaced at a future time and sent me pictures of my leaking CV boot along with a picture of my other boot that wasn't leaking. Since I don't know cars this was very helpful to see and compare! It is obvious that Karlo truly values customer service as he went above and beyond in informing me of my cars needs and by taking care of me. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

This is my work car and it is a fleet account and I needed an oil change only, this time. They replaced a tire on a previous visit and did a good job. Personally I would have used the premium oil rather than the lower grade because it is a fleet account. I used to bring it to Fair Oaks Ford for oil changes and repairs: Midas is a closer location to home. We also bring my personal car there. They communicate well and they do the work.I like that I can schedule a time to bring it in. I tried to schedule through the web through my email and it did not go through.? I called them directly and got in at the scheduled time.
