Tom’s attitude was god awful,I don’t want to talk to someone with such bad energy. When I can feel your aggressiveness when just holding a conversation. You need someone who is high energy, that enjoys their job, whom speaks when you walk in the door and who smiles even if it’s not a good day at work.

Some procedures were somewhat marginal based on existing mileage.Some, such as fuel and oil system treatment seems like padding.Fuel injetor service without symptoms.Previous service manager did not push these services.Also, radiator flush not completed after 10 years.

You’re pricing is way too high, a wheel cylinder replacement is one hour job on the books & also includes bleeding. I was charged extra for bleeding. I think he charged me like a 3 hour job???? I research other shops they only charge $165.00 for wheel cylinder replacement & including bleeding.

Making an appointment online is very convenient and easy. The associates were very welcoming and friendly. They did a good job explaining the issue to me. The link that was sent to me with the inspection pictures is very helpful.
The service was excellent; however, I did not expect nor wish to pay as much as I did. The price was way too high. Your associate reviewed the bill with me; however, I did not think that the price represented authentic value to me. I did not have the luxury of shopping around. With 20/20 hindsight, I would have checked out your competitors to see if I could get a lower price. I am left with a bad taste in my mouth primarily because of the high prices.

The associates were very friendly and very thorough in their explanations of what was wrong with our one vehicle, a 2014 Infiniti QX50. With our other vehicle, a 2018 Acura TLX, both the oil change and tire rotation were completed in a timely manner, and they even removed a nail that was in one tire and repaired the tire!

Anthony did an outstanding job! He clearly assessed the issue with my catalytic converter and was very honest about other related parts that might be needed. Sometimes you can't know the issues until you get under the hood. As it happened, the manifold intake valve needed to be replaced. My car is 9 years old so it took time to locate the part. Anthony was excellent at communicating the issues, explaining the costs, apologizing for the delays, and was caring about my being there so long.

Inspection by a professional mechanic. They failed to put on my Lugnuts after checking my back brakes. My tire fell off my car while I was driving. I almost was in a terrible accident. The owner, the manager, the mechanic and the service technician all failed to recognize the severity of this matter. They also try to blame it on rusty threads and “perhaps somebody was trying to steal my tire”
Dropped off a flat tire at 7am and asked if it could be ready at 4pm. It was fixed and they put it back on the car for me and put the jack and stuff away. Great experience after the pain of getting the flat

I go to Midas because Steve and his "gang" are fantastic! I've always have a positive experience there and the work is done in a timely matter. This last time, I stopped in to see if they had the tires I wanted in stock. I was told they would have to order them and they were in the very next day!! I was able to make an appointment for the following day and within 2 hours while I waited the tires were installed, front end was aligned and an oil change was done. I would absolutely recommend Midas to anyone and everyone!!!

I don’t go for service that often but they’ve changed a tail light at no charge and I’ve also had a service done which totaled $3,000 over a year ago on my truck which enabled me to pass my emissions test and have had no problems since then. My only criticism is they either need more business hours or more mechanics because they’re always busy.

To be honest I went to Ford without an appointment. They rejected me and told me to leave and make an appointment and maybe take up to two weeks to see me. Then I remembered there was a Midas nearby. I thought I’ll try them I have used them when I lived in Az. The Midas man said can’t today but tomorrow I will. I left my car and the next day it is as not only looked at it was fixed. Will be back

Three lights came on the dashboard on a Thursday. I took it directly to Midas; they cleared the dashboard and let me know that they were uncertain of the problem because of so many signals in the computer. Asked me to drive to see what would happen. I drove approximately 1/2 mile the light came on. I turned around and went right back. They pulled it into the bay. The next day I was called, they were able to discover the problem, the repairs were completed, and the jeep has been running like a new vehicle since! Everyone was polite and helpful. I will recommend Midas to all my friends!!!
No nonsense problem solving.
I had a y pipe replaced. Labor price was fine, but the price for the pipe was double the highest full retail price I could find and 3 times a lot of the prices I found for the pipe, using Walker as a reference (which carried a lifetime warranty).

As a brand new customer walking in, I would have liked better customer service at check in. Maybe turn down the volume on the television in the waiting area so that the person at the front desk could actually hear me and I don’t have to speak louder than necessary.
