They were pretty quick and efficient. Also, thorough in explaining certain things that I needed to know for future services.

Came in to have a service light checked, did a “full inspection” and then gave me my car back with the light on. I had to go in and have them look at my car again. Also while I was waiting the manager Robert made several disparaging comments about young people not being able to work as well as women shopping. Almost definitely not returning.

Up front pricing for alignments. Don’t complicate a job to jack up labor cost.

The repairs were done correctly, with in a timely manner,and well below the price that was Quoted by the Jeep dealership. The people were very helpful and knowledgeable.

They honored the online coupon. The wait time was minimal. The seating area was roomy and clean. booked appointment online and they called back to confirm.

The two people that helped me were incredible. They made sure I understood my options and didn't try to upsell me on items I did not need. When they took off my tires and saw my brakes had some issues, I was called and things were thoroughly explained as to what was wrong. I usually go to Jiffy Lube for my oil changes but will be making the switch to Midas after the wonderful experience I had yesterday.

The associates are no truthful when checking brakes. I was told 7k mi ago that my brakes were fine and then went in and now need rotors and pads. Absolutely such a fraud place.

I was very disappointed the location no longer offers a conventional oil change. I don’t want a synthetic blend or synthetic oil change. I won’t pay that much again and I won’t be back unless it starts to offer a conventional oil change.

I've been going to this Midas for over 20yrs when it was across from target. Rob was an employee who always took care of his customers and now with new owners, he was let go.i brought my vehicle in for a new sway bar and they tried to get me for ball joints, tie rods,and more. $1800!!!I will NEVER go back now that they got rid of Rob and the other mechanics.

you tried to up charge me then i called and said take my car off the lift and dont touch it ill be back to get it in the hour. Then you call me back to say you can do it for 300$ cheaper. How do you change your prices?? WHAT A SCAM PLACE MIDAS IS! Also, they messed up my TPMS sensor and said it was bad from before but i never had a leak till i got my new tires. ALL your fault i had to pay 125$ to fix my tire on top of the sensor. TERRIBLE Job.OVER Priced for a half service

I have been coming to this shop for 2 years and have had many major jobs done on my two vehicles. I was highly satisfied at the honesty and very reasonable charges for the services I received. I did my due diligence on the parts and labor as well as the diagnostics of the work. The knowledge of Robert, the manager and the various mechanics I had the pleasure to meet helped me make informed decisions. Never did I imagine that a business I originally thought was a "muffler shop" could do just about any kind of repair on my 2007 Toyota Prius. Yes, I am a very satisfied and HAPPY customer for years to come.

Great service and good customer relations

Guy working in the front desk was very helpful and nice during my visit. This is my go to mechanic place to go when I need something done on my car!

Brought the car in for a check engine light. Took over 6 months to decide I needed a new engine. Was called several times to say the car was going to be done tomorrow. Then a week would go by and it was not ready. Finally after over 4 months was called and told it was done, Told the check engine light was off and the car was running great, I paid for the repair and went to go and check engine light was still on and the car would barely run, Then the only solution was to replace the engine. It took 3 replacement engines before it was finally fixed, I am hopeful it was the right decision.

The oil plug was left loose when the oil change was performed in August which resulted in all the oil to drain.
