I initially scheduled an appointment on Saturday for Thursday but forgot about highway driving on Wed so I dropped off sunday with my kids and walked home, called Monday morning and Tom was nice and said he would get to my car before my rescheduled time at 1:30 on monday, he looked at my car and called me in the morning with my overview of repairs, more than i wanted to spend so we discussed that did not feel pressured into decision and declined service, was no charge to give feedback on my car. The price for the oil change was much greater than I expected, I think it was initially going to be about $70 but it ended up being $120 - because I was told of the type of Toyota Corolla I owned - I will verify with Toyota before my next oil change visit.

First time going to Midas. I called was told by Adam that the price was 69.99 for an oil change 13.99 for extra qt of oil $10 tire rotation. I drove and scheduled with Tom Powers who told me the same as Adam except $10 for extra qt oil. Was sent a sms message 45 minutes before scheduled time. When I got there Dave told me the bays were tied up and reschedeuling would be needed. I mentioned that I can get $20 discount if I do and he agreed so we rescheduled. Dave said he'll do better and give me $30 off. My total amount due was $87 and change. My calculations if I was given $30 off would be $69.99 plus $10 rotation $10 extra quart is $89.99 minus $30 thats's $59.99 plus tax. He told me that the discounts were applied. Good tactic but I'll go elsewhere.
Can’t think of a negative thing to say about Tom, Dave of any of the mechanics! Tom and Dave take the time to get to know their customers, provide valuable feedback and are never pushy when it comes to suggesting needed or required service. They make you feel like family by addressing you by name regardless if it had only been a few hours or months since they last saw you. I trust this team with our cars and know my wife can go and get the same exact treatment. They are our go to for anything related to our cars hands down!!

Car shaking when driving 40-50-60 as it speed up. they said it was tire rod. It didnt fix it. person there told me they test drove it and it was fine It was the same!! so i took it back in. 7:30am. with an appoinment. they didnt call me back until next day. saying they had system issues.. they said they were gonna do some sort of test for shaking ( WHY DIDNT THEY do that first time) and he also said the person testing drove it only went 45 mph!! like why didnt you test drive it based on issue told. again gave excuse saying no where where you can go 50-60mpg. highway is 5 mins away!! i was hoping they would have expertise to fix this but they didnt now i have to pay another since i had to bring it back in. they said it will cost $800 . very disappointed... Excuses . i wil be doing a actual review of this place stay
Called Tom & Dave regarding a dead battery. They said they was extremely busy, would need it for an hour or two once I got it jumped and to them. Got a jump, brought it in, was there less than an hour.

I don't know why you're asking about cleanliness. That's the least of your problems. Double charging me for the same service on the estimate was egregious. My dad is a retired Journeyman Mechanic with over 45 years experience and he said that you padded the bill and tried to charge me twice.

Had not been there for some time pre covid and had new cars with dealership and new car service and warranties but always trusted the work and enjoyed local management. Was even remembered and acknowledged.
Midas was able to take my car in very quickly after I noticed the check engine light was on and my car was shaky. Explained the cost to diagnose and promised a call back quickly. Within 1hr I had the call back and step by step explanation of what was happening and the fix. The cost of each repair was outlined and the need for each one was as well, as in needed vs. recommended. Once I gave the go they got on repairs and I had my car back by the end of their business day, 6 hrs total I was without transportation.
I use my vehicle for work. Anytime I have a vehicle issue, these guys find time and get my vehicle fixed quickly. They always go above and beyond to get me back on the road.

I made an appointment for an oil change. It took 1-1/2 hours. Unacceptable. Then they rotated my tires, which I did not want. They did deduct that from the bill. Haven’t been this disappointed before. Not sure I want you go back to Midas.

I knew had a lot of suspension issues and they seemed to find all of it pretty quickly. They made a few recommendations but were otherwise pretty straight forward with what was going on.
