The appointment process was easy. Once I arrived, I got checked in quickly and my car got pulled in within 5 minutes. The guy working up front was awesome and told me everything going on as it happened. Fast, easy and reliable.

Austin Hampton does a fantastic job. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Because I have never been dissatisfied with this location or the friendly staff there and they always explain everything to where you have no questions left to ask.

We had an unexpected tire purchase of four new tires due to a flat tire over the weekend. The manager, Austin, did a great job explaining the need for the tires for our daughter's car and had the tires there the same day. He and his staff stayed a little past closing to install the tires and we're so grateful for their excellent service.

The manager on duty was exceptional, the mechanics were professional and explained everything in detail. The price was much less then other estimates were,availability of appointment was fast.

I have been going here for years with multiple chicles. I have no problem with the manager but whoever the female is who takes calls occasionally she was quite abrupt amd rude when I was asking to speak to manager who was standing right there amd cut me off when asking for help with pricing options as I am struggling amd just lost my job. Told me I could not get my car towed there and I had to have it towed to my house while figuring out what I am doing.

Talked to service rep about tire air pressure being low. They did not check the air pressure or rotate the tires like they usually have in the past.

I just wanted my vehicle to be done sooner than an hour after I arrived. Other vehicles were worked on before mine without an appointment, it appeared.

I was offered only the most expensive oil and was told my car required it. The price for oil change and oil filter was $103 dollars.

I had a brake light out. Went to AutoZone and bought light bulb and they called Midas to see if they could put it in for me. They said to come right over that they could do right away. Was only there for 1/2 hour. Very happy to get done that soon.
