pRICING Way wrong.

It was my first time visit Midas and they made it easy for me. They are very helpful and accommodating.

Excellent service.

It was so easy and fairly priced. Associate was friendly and clear about the service and length of time.

My car had a major oil leak. I called and asked if I could bring it in, and they told me to come right over. I did so but didn't have a way back to work, so they drove me back to work, and then picked me up when my car was ready. They could not have been kinder or more friendly! I was in a need of a new mechanic, and I know I have it. I will be back and have been telling everyone at work and everyone I know about my new mechanic!

Have the person at the counter be more understanding of the situation. Tried to tell the service technician where the second hood release lever was. Person at.counter yelled at me and said.they will figure it out and if I don't like it he can pull my truck out. The 3 technicians couldn't find it and I ended up showing them where it was.
