I made the appointment the evening before!!! I was available an hour and a half before my scheduled time!!! I called, and the individual that answered said I could come right over and they would provide the service I requested!!! Along the way, I asked that they see if they could find any leaks in the cooling system!!! They did a pressure check, and isolated the problem to the reservoir!!! For them to more truthful. If the employee states that battery is new, and yet the car does not turn on in -25 degree weather. Then something is wrong. I am hoping it is not because of the battery.

I had a problem with my exhaust. I called to see if I could get an approximate cost over the phone. The person who answered went over my options, provide a cost and mentioned they could give me a free estimate if I came in. I stoped by the showed me what needed to be done, provided an estimate, less then what he said on the phone and I scheduled the appointment for 2 days later. When I dropped off my car I made it clear I needed it completed by a specific time. I even mentioned if they could not get it done by then, that I would come back another day. They assured me it would be done in lent if time. They called me a 1/2 before the time i needed it by telling me it was done. I went in, paid for the work, and the even plugged in my headlight connection which had come undone, at no charge. They could not have been more professional. I am very happy with the whole interaction and would go back and recommend friends and family.

Initial price obtained oinking was $200 cheaper than what was quoted in store. Then claimed I needed a new alignment however I did get one less then two weeks ago (not sure who is to blame in fairness) also charged me for new valve stems when I have the tpms sensors for which they charged me to reprogram.

If someone books a 2pm appointment and explains that he has to pick his child up at 3 PM and you were sure them that he will be out by 2:45 pm that should be the case. Instead I did not get out until 2:55 pm and I had to pay $50 to my child’s school for aftercare. This was all caused because when I showed up at 1:55 pm my car was not taken in for an oil change until 2:20 PM. And that only cost me $47 for the oil change but $50 for aftercare at my kids school because of the ineptitude of your technicians and the manager. So unless you refund my $47 and pay me $50 cash I will never dark in your doors again!

The Midas store and employees were clean and respectful.
They did not honor the price quote I was given over the phone. Although I gave Moises the make and model of the vehicle, they doubled the price for the oil change when my daughter took the vehicle in. Also, they did not do all the work that was included in their price. The report they give you at the end of the visit recommended I get my tires rotated even though that was supposed to have been included. I ended up taking my vehicle to the Ford dealer two days later to get my oil changed.

I came into this shop location for a break inspection. I needed new rear breaks and the employee said it would take about two hours. To my surprise it didn?t take that long. This shop was very kind and courteous and answered all my questions.
