The last two times I did services here, I didn't receive a sticker telling me when to bring my car in for my next oil change. The guy at the front gave me one. However, then I noticed the driver side of my car on the inside was dirty. Pretty sure the person who worked on my car had dirty hands and maybe touched the side if the car.
Over pricing in everything
I called last week to check the price of an oil change the guy told me 65.00 when I went there he told me 85.00 I had a 20.00 coupon I asked him why the price was changed. He said the prices are posted on the website. This is not true I checked there are NO prices posted. It took an hr. to get an oil change and then when I checked out it it took forever because the guy was playing with the charges to make sure Midas made money. Last year the "parts" were 35.35 this year they were 68.80 (UNREAL) the laborlast year was 25.00 this year 21.19 (WHAT)? Again just moving numbers around I do not appreciate being lied to and taken advantage of because I am a woman and a senior. I have been coming there for years. I will not be coming back Stop ripping people off !! There is no reason to charge 81.42 for an oil change just because I had a 20.00 coupon is that a scam ??? just to get people to come in the jack up the prices.

Everything was explained; price, and the time it took.
Service was fast and they did not try to sell me anything. I thought my tires were low and due for replacement (pressure light never turned off after refilling), which I communicated. Yet, they did not take advantage of this. They informed me that there is a button in my glove box to reset the light, and that my tires were fine.
Everyone was friendly and the wait are was clean. The service was completed fast. I had some questions on something else on a different vehicle and they took the time to explain what I needed. Happy with that.

"Went on line and made an appointment. Received a call back and was told there was an earlier appointment available. I was in and out in 1/2 hour. They did what they said they would , friendly service and good value. Would definitely be a return customer."
