I informed Joe that the driver’s side air conditioning was blowing only hot air. The passenger’s air conditioning was fine and blowing cold air. They filled the Freon and put dye in. If it stops blowing cold air, I will need to come back and they will investigate further.
Joe and his staff were amazing. It was my first time there and he explained everything, did an inspection, even checked my suspension for me after I asked them to. I found my new spot for my car to get fixed.

Took my car in for its 120k service. Oil change and filters were replaced because they were really needed. Guys performed an over all inspection, and found a worn serpentine belt which was also replaced. Midas sent me texts and pictures along the way with the estimate which was exactly what I paid, less a coupon! I’m really happy because they did what was needed without the up sell. This location has always treated me fairly. We have been utilizing this location for several years and with multiple vehicles.They always get us in quickly when it’s necessary and do the job quickly.
I had not used my car for about three days during the below zero weather we had experienced last week. Car did not start on 4th day, paid to have tow truck company come out to jump it. Ran my errands for about an hour, made a stop at a store, turned off ignition. When I attempted to start up again, battery was dead. After a kind man at the store jumped the battery I headed for Midas thinking to get the battery checked and possibly get a new one. It was late afternoon, I had no appointment, went in to Midas and asked to have battery checked. They were willing to do it even though I could see that they were working on 3 or 4 other cars and there were customers waiting. It did take about 2 hours but they finally checked out the battery which had worn out and I purchased a new one thinking that the price of the new battery and installation was very fair. Quite satisfied.
Straight forward and clear about the issues
We always have brought our vehicles to this location. Joe and the rest of the staff are great people to deal with and trust. We had 3 of our vehicles in with them on the same day with this service.
Checking in was easy. The clerk was friendly and was available through my waiting in case I had questions.. The install was quick and I was on my way with a new battery.

Joe and the team said I needed two rear calipers in addition to other stuff and wanted to charge me over $1,000. Took car to two other places and neither said this was the case. Ended up getting fixed for half the price. Someone is either incompetent or a crook. I live around the corner and always wanted to try this place out but unfortunately I’ll never be back. I thought the place was very clean. I loved the decor, I am a big Grateful Dead/sports fan, so would have really loved to like this place, and have it be my go to.

Midas does it again. I was very satisfied after leaving Midas in Orland Park. Every step of the way I was kept informed whether it was by text or phone call. The work I had done was explained in detail as was the quote for the work done. I've brought several vehicles to Midas along with referring family to Midas because I feel comfortable and I trust them to take care of my vehicle repairs.
I was in for a brake inspection and an oil change. I asked Kevin to check out my fluid levels. It was recommended that I have a tire rotation. It was also recommended that I replace my real windshield wiper. I was advised about the frame rotting out where the front sway bar is mounted. I was disappointed to hear this news; however, I appreciated that this was brought to my attention.

The manager was professional and clearly communicated the problems with the car. The tech showed me what was wrong and when I told him that others tried to fix the headlight, he looked again at it and found it was a blown fuse, not the bulb. So they took reduced the cost

Midas is reliable. They always have time for you and answer any questions you may have. This particular time they saved us from a very dangerous situation where our tire was disintegrating from the inside out, causing a very severe wobble in the wheel.(They even sent us a video of the wheel wobbling.) We were very grateful to find out in time to get new tires. We highly recommend them and their friendly staff.

I liked the way pictures were sent with a text message showing the other issues. When I called back the service writer explained each problem and if it was a safety issue. My Ford Edge is a 2012. I’ve been fortunate with very little problems. Last 4 months I have had 3 separate problems. Each time I call and go in I am treated with respect and set at ease that my car will be fixed. I have moved since the first few visits, yet passes by other locations to go back to the guys I have got to known.
I think Joe and Jason were at the counter; both were professional, friendly, and accommodating.

During the installation of all the new parts, he encountered an issue. Joe immediately called us to explain the situation and get our thoughts. This isn’t our first service by this Midas facility. We had a situation where AAA said that our battery wasn’t working properly and thought our starter was going also. Went to facility and fortunately they weren’t that busy at the late hour. During exam of car they noticed our rear shock was leaking and we had both shocks replaced. Also that fuse for a high beam light wasn’t working and that was replaced
Fast service. Honest. Scheduled tire rotation, but was told my car wasn't due for that service yet.
