only because prior to requesting a oil change, I specially asked if the technician could please check my transmission fluid. When the car was out front and it was time to pay I asked how my trans fluid looked and they advised that they forgot to check it. Over-all, not really upsetting, but I was specific upfront and it should have been conveyed to the tech.

2016 Ford Flex the front exhaust pipe was broken. I did a tin can repair in December, I know I was being cheap but it was Christmas time. I was impressed with the fact that he gave me an option and just repaired the bad part and not the entire front exhaust pipe. I new it was possible but never thought he would offer the option. It was perfect for me. Thank you for being honest, means the world to me!

I have been going to this location for a while now because I really like Jessie he is very kind and knowledgeable, but I had no idea that just a oil change is almost 62.00 dollars, that just like 10 dollars less than the dealer, I was shocked at the price increase I probably will see if there is a cheaper place to go next time, if you guys don’t have coupons for oil change or a little lower price, I probably could have gotten full synthetic oil change for that price, I was very dissatisfied because of that.
They are experienced and take the time to explain and show me what is going on and why. Great group of techs. I always go there, except that one time I wasn't near enough, which drove me back there to fix what those other slugs messed up.

Your manager gave me an estimate of the repair cost before i brought the car in to the shop, and the majority of the cost was attributed to labor, estimated at four hours, When I came in for the car and to pay the bill, the manager explained that the repair was completed in 2/3 rds of the time estimated, and my bill was approximately 1/3rd less than the estimate. Good news from a trusted manager. I told him so, and he'll have my loyalty for as long as he's on the job.I already have been his customer for the past four years or so, and I've always trusted him and the quality of the work from his Midas shop.

I had an oil change and an overall vehicle check up. All was well except one tire that had some wall damage near the rim. Replacement of the damaged tire was recommended. The service person had to inform me of the tire problem but was not trying to sell me a replacement tire. I went to the company that sold me my last set of tires.They replaced the tire after they straightened the rim. I would not have known there was a problem if Midas had not found it. I appreciated the safety recommendation by Midas. Thank you!

Alex was honest when informing me that I did not need brakes replaced. Would have been easy to take advantage of the situation. Nick handled my initial call and it was great communication between the shop and myself regarding updates. I will no longer be using FORD dealer for my repair and maintenance needs.
Customer service guy, Jesse, was very clear on what I needed. I know he had to try and source some parts. He used his knowledge to get a part that was not a perfect fit but that he was confident the tech would be able to retrofit. It saved a lot of time and money.

He went above and beyond with my warranty dealer to make sure that everything should be covered etc. He kept in close contact with me via phone and email to be sure I was up to date on everything and understood what was going on.
