It was pretty simple to get the issues diagnosed and a plan to fix them. I didn’t feel pressured to spend money on things that weren’t absolutely needed. I had also taken my car to a separate service center for an estimate and for the exact same job they want an extra $400. So I was also pleased with the pricing and efficiency of the whole experience.

Communicate on my front alignment. Show me the paper. And when I mentioned that the front end alignment doesn't feel right. They tried to blame it on. Another part on my car. They were unprofessional.

This location and Bob went above and beyond. I was 600 miles away from home on a Saturday and I thought my car was a goner. Speedometer wouldn’t work, car wasn’t going above 20, engine light, power steering warnings, the whole gambit. They not only got me in right away, but were able to diagnose the corroded ground write as the cause and replace it by their 2pm close. All for a great price. Cannot recommend enough
Wait over an hour for a part since I was told mine had a hole then the technician came in and said tHere was no hole. Didn’t need the hose replacement service or flush I was charged for since all it really needed was a new clamp. Also told I had to replace the oil cooler. Went and got a second opinion and an oil dye test showed Midas just didn’t put the oil filter on very tight when they did the oil change less than 500 miles previously.

5 years ago Midas custom made the exhaust system for my 1959 Chevy. The fitup of the exhaust pipe to the exhaust manifold and other joints leaked. Krisdan displayed great care in making sure all exhaust leaks were repaired. He is very knowledgeable and skilled. I would recommend him to anyone.

I’ve brought my daughter’s car here a few times and I feel that the techs are thorough, honest, and do quality work.Although some of the repairs have been expensive, there have also been visits where the techs were honest and said no repairs were needed.

Been taking my car to a midas for years and never had a single issue until this location.Brought my car in for a tire rotation back in February and they couldn't find the lock key, they told me to order a new one and to come back since I had paid for it. So the next day I ordered a new set from McGard and went back a week later to get them rotated, they didn't give me a receipt but they said all is good; so I thought..I come back this past weekend and the brand new lock key I bought is damaged already - completely unusable. Over the phone they tried to tell me it was old and doesn't even fit my car, that it's an aftermarket and no wonder it broke, but in person it's now just "too damaged" and they don't understand how it could break. When I pressed them for an explanation for the broken key they didn't want to take responsibility because they didn't have record of me coming back for my tire rotation, even though the person who picked up my car from that service was present. Figures.Well then if you don't have record of me receiving my tire rotation then I want a refund for the service I "never got".
The staff is respectful and friendly. Everything was explained to me and I felt comfortable with the process. I felt like I knew what was going on and not rushed.

There was a offer online for $100 off on Cooper tires plus a $70 mail in Rebate. When I got to the appointment I was told no one had Cooper tires anyway. I felt like this was a huge gimmick to just get us in the store. I was offered more expensive tires without any kind of discount. I could have left and gone elsewhere and saved money but we had another appointments that day and I didn’t have time to waste going somewhere else. I understand Midas is a global company and certain products might not be available but it should have indicated that on the website so I could have chosen to go elsewhere. The manager Rick and Trisdan were very nice and that is why we actually did go with the tires they suggested but next time I’ll be doing a little more research prior to my appointment.
Communication of service was done in a timely manner. The techs communicated well with details regarding the work done on all my vehicles breaking down every bit of what they diagnosed.
