Owner gave me a price hundreds of dollars different from online final price. When confronted he made up other services that where already included in original price. When confronted about that he made up additional services until price made sense. They said they were going to do alignment and they would give me paper that showed before numbers and after numbers. They never gave me that. They never told me I had to return to check toque on lugs. I only read that on the invoice. I felt very uncomfortable with the whole situation.

The owner was very clear in his communication and explained the timeline of the project. When something else came up after the original service he was able to find a loaner car for me to use until the job was done.

They told me I needed a new belt and I agreed to include this service. They did not tell me they did not have the part and I had to wait a bit longer while they waited to get it delivered. Changed my schedule for the day.

Went in for alignment for the vehicle, they have done an inspection, they claimed that the balancing was balancing was incorrect,which I have not felt before. it was rebalanced, took the car with the family home, and on the way home on the highway I experienced a shaking that never felt in my life. Drove home scared on the shoulder with hazard lights on. Two days later they rebalanced it, kind of back where we were…We have explained our initial complaint for the car moving around is only at highway speeds, they did not test it at those speeds… and what was the initial rebalancing it was a joke….

I had received an estimate at the dealer for brakes on my 2008 BMW 335i. I contacted Midas and found the prices were significantly less then the dealer and the pads were warranted for life. The store was able to work with my schedule and their time estimate was very close to being dead on. I've had some other work done here including a battery for a 2012 Honda and the guys have been great.
