The Staff was very pleasant and very precise with the knowledge of the problem that needed to be addressed and repaired. I will be keeping this Auto Repair Shop as my primary Auto Repair Shop of Choice as long as they stay consistent with their first impression, they have made on me.

Pulled off the highway with battery light on, though I suspected alternator. Diagnostics confirmed and they replaced alternator, charged battery and replaced worn serpentine belt. Gave us priority attention because we were traveling. Total down time was about 90 minutes. Great service!

I brought my car in on Monday for an oil change, everything went very quickly and smoothly. Then I brought my husband's car in on Tuesday. They had not got the oil in for his car so I waited awhile but they were very transparent about needing to get the oil and filter and were quick once they had it. I waited this time also. I received the text to say they were working on the cars and then when they were done.

My daughter had purchased a newer vehicle from a dealership up near Chicago which was later determined to have an issue with the exhaust system. To have this issue fixed at the dealership would have required several 4 1/2 hour trips, each way. To avoid having to do all this driving, the dealership advised we could take her vehicle to a local facility to have the muffler issue fixed. As I had used Midas in the past, I chose to take her vehicle there for repairs. This turned out to be an excellent decision as service manager "Aaron H" assumed complete responsibility for locating the necessary parts to fix the issue with my daughter's vehicle. In addition he made certain not only was her vehicle fixed in a professional manner,he kept us apprised of when the parts were located and installed.I was very impressed with the professional manner this Midas shop handled our issue.

I scheduled an apt online, went in the store but couldn’t be seen. I was supposed to get a call for a headlight price which never happened. I reschedule, came in and my apt was on the wrong date and time. They were able to see me. I communicated to multiple people that I wanted my headlight fixed I did not matter if I need an assembly. Everyone says “sure” they could do it. I brought the car to them because I wanted a one stop shop where I could get everything done at once. Had they communicated to me about the headlight, I could’ve took my car somewhere else and get everything done including the headlight. We are in winter and it gets dark early so that was important. Nobody apologize about the situation. It was very frustrating. I will not be going to Midas again nor will recommend.

From the moment someone picked up the phone, I felt like they were going to do everything possible to help me. They delivered on that. My daughter was driving back to school in St. Louis from Chicago. Her alternator died on her mini cooper. Aaron from Midas arranged a tow truck and a ride to Midas. This guy not only made me feel comfortable , but he took charge of the situation by finding the part on a Saturday afternoon holiday weekend. He and the team got her new alternator installed and had my daughter back on the road in just a few hrs. This place set the bar for service. Well done team Midas.
