Maybe your staff can do a better job of trying to keep things as budget friendly as possible instead of upselling the work that needs to be done. There was no attempt to even try to fix my rotors its just straight up replacement for all rotors. I guarantee you because of that one time i will never come back.

Pricing has gone through the roof...I need to compare-shop better.I brought two vehicles in and had them bother serviced...the actual service time was very quick, maybe to quick.Upon my wife leaving my garage this morning in my Audi Q5 I was shocked to see roughly a cup of oil on the garage floor. A mess to clean up for sure, but not my main concern, of course. I drove to my wife's office 10 miles away to bring the car back to the store. Backing the car up revealed the same size oil spot in her parking space, with another two spaces over from the previous day.I checked the oil level, barely above the "Minimum" mark, so I drove it back. Dealer explained a failed grommet / gasket on the drain plug. Replaced the gasket, filled with fresh oil. Seems fine now, but I spent an hour cleaning my oil stained driveway. Hard to believe there was no sign of leakage at the dealer.Pretty unhappy and I expect some type of compensation for blowing my morning on this issue.

I might go back for a cvt fluid change because of location and it is cheaper then the dealership. But that is it, the labor charges on alot of the recommended maintenance was way too high. I did get a list with prices and went across the street to The auto store and knocked out half the list at 25% of the price.

Took my Chevy HHR in for routine service. As usual Manager Dave took care if me. I was in so fast had no time to drink my coffee. I was very happy with my service. I just wish o5her things in life ran this quickly.
Had been going to a dealership prior to my visit. They informed me of issues the dealership failed to make me aware of. Everyone was super knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Only place I?ll be going back to from now on.
