We were traveling from 4.5 hours away. We experienced brake problems. They got us in and fixed the problem within an hour.

My experience was just great especially being a first timer. The customer service was great and they really did a great job overall.

Overall smooth experience

I had no appointment and they offered to take a look at my muffler. After finding the problem and the cost of the repair I decided to have it fixed. It was finished in less than a half an hour.

They fixed my heat in 1 day in a snow storm! The price was lower than another shop. 1st time ever that I’ve took my car in somewhere to get it fixed and they fixed it that day!

I’m extremely frustrated with my visits. After several visits my car is still having the same problems and every time the technicians say it’s done and ready. They originally told me it would only take 3 hours and would be completed that day. Unfortunately it took them an extra day and when I picked up my car the same oil indicator lights came back on while driving home. And all they say when I call is “oh you’ll have to bring back the car, we’ll need to see it”

The tire pressure parts installed were not correct so I had do come back the next day

I like the location. Ease of dropping off my vehicle. The information about my vehicle was clear with lots of options. I feel they are concerned about the safety of my vehicle.

I feel this midas isn't out to RIP you off. I think they are honest, fair and do a good job.

I am highly satisfied with Midas because my experience is always pleasurable. It is always easy to schedule an appointment, my wait times have been reasonable, and I have yet to be dissatisfied with the customer service. From what I can tell, my car, as well as myself, are always treated with respect. And to add to that... the prices of service are incomparable to most places near me. I feel like Midas does not try to get as much money as possible out of me but they try to create the best car experience with their customer. I went in for what I suspected was a nail in my tire. They fixed it. Inquired about a scratching sound in the front end they adjusted the misaligned part.

I have dealt with this shop since it opened in 1979. The prices are always fair and the work is good quality. When I had a tire puncture, I did not even condsider anyone else but them for the repair as they have always done well by us.

I had my car towed to Midas, called them and told them it would be there. The next day got a call with estimate and car was done at 11am. Picked up car at 4pm. I can trust Bob and his crew to service my vehicle promptly and efficiently.

For the second time, a part was not properly reinstalled, causing a malfunction to occur and necessitating a tow back to Midas. I do appreciate that they immediately acknowledged their error and fixed it at no charge.

I came in to replace two tires as mine were in pretty bad condition. I was serviced fairly quickly and appreciated the speedy service but after I had left I found out that the tires I was sold were about $30 cheaper elsewhere in town but was told a few day
