I was toad it would that it would be done the same day. No call to me was ever made to me that day. The price was only given the next day that the car was ready, I called the store and asked the price. I felt it was high for a battery.

First time there. Very pleasant Scott at the desk. I walked in and explained what had happened and he knew exactly what I needed. I didn’t make an appointment and Scott was going to have me come back at 2:00 then he said hold on let me see if I have someone available right now to get this done. ( a radiator flush) he came back and said I got someone to take care of this right know if you would like. 😁😁😁 I-was in and out in an hour from the time I walked in till I left . The best customer service I’ve ever had. Not to mention the the knowledge they have about cars was amazing. I will continue to go there for my car maintenance and repairs from now on. Fire Scott Bella! They damaged my supercharger by racing my car. They were supposed to be test driving my car to hear the noise coming from the struts, and to replace the struts. No burn out my supercharge.

Scott and Mike were wonderful. First I brought my daughters jeep in for an oil change and windshield wipers. I made an apt that morning for the afternoon. Scott was ready and waiting for the jeep. While I was waiting I started talking to Scott about my car and a recent diagnosis I had received elsewhere . Scott told me he did not agree with what the diagnosis said, that it did not make sense and suggested I bring my car into him for a proper diagnosis. He suggested I not even drive it far b4 he was able to check it out. A day later I dropped off my car and left it for them to look at the next day. I received a call from Mike early in the morning stating that had already evaluated my car . They said it was no longer any good .There we’re too many things wrong to fix and it would not be it for me to do. I so appreciated their honesty and punctuality on these issues for me and my car. I told them they are my families new mechanics . They have my trust and respect. I would highly recommend them.

Scott was informative, professional and pleasant. He explained the work, cost and time frame for completion.
Scott claims he told me there would be a cost for the estimate. When he presented me with Bill he told me he "told me of cost" when I called. He said it was recorded and he could play it. I asked him where my car was parked "outside, look for it". Extremely rude he mistreated me in front of 2 other customers. I will NEVER go to a Midas again and will make sure to tell every person on know how rude and conniving I was treated at Midas.
I've been taking my car to this Midas shop for many years. Not once have I ever encountered a problem. Everyone is so friendly and the work they do is excellent! They are top notch!

Nice to have the door lock actuator fixed and vehicle back together.
