Called, told them of problems, said they could take my van right away. Called with estimate, apologized for the cost, but work was necessary for our safety. Told them to proceed and I ask when I could expect the work to be finished. Was told I could get it back by the end of the day. In by 10:30 out by 4:00, on a Friday, without a pre-scheduled appointment.

Got scheduled for the next day that I first came in the job was done within an hour and a half
Attempted to schedule via Internet. No response whatsoever after waiting 2 days. Telephoned for appointment and was satisfied. Upon arrival requested information regarding procedure involved in Suspension inspection serivce and Dave told me it involved "eyes" and made no attempt to explain. When I asked him again, he asked me "Well, is this your first car?". I am a 70 year old man and can't say I was impressed with his attitude. He NEVER explained the suspension inspection or what parts are involved. When Dave asked me what oil change I desired, I told him I had a coupon for $24.99, but the price of the oil change would be $59.99. When I asked why the price difference, he simply told me I asked for the full synthetic, which I did NOT. Dave made me feel like I was a bother to him and that he really didn't feel I was a valued customer. The waiting area is in need of LOTS of remodeling and feels dirty overall. Don't bother correcting any of this. I won't be returning anytime soon. Overall an uncomfortable visit.

While I am disappointed they did not notice or put air into my leaky tire, I did not ask them to do that. They did tighten my janky broken sun visor so it is slightly less janky and broken now - without asking and at no additional charge, so that is nice.

The associate I spoke with was very friendly and I was really happy with the service. It took a while to complete the work (I had a side mirror replaced) but my car was ready when I returned to the store and the associate apologized (unnecessarily) for the wait. In addition, I had asked for an oil change but when I picked my car up they said that I didn't need one yet as I had not yet reached the necessary mileage. I appreciated that they let me know instead of just doing the oil change early.
