Good value and convenient
Although Midas was not able to fix the mechanical issue, I appreciated their honesty. Many other shops would have attempted to fix the issue only to make it worse. Midas realized that they weren't the best place and suggested to go to the dealership to have the issue fixed since they would be better equipped. Midas even cut the cost of diagnosis by 50% since the diagnosis wasn't entirely complete. I'll certainly continue to use this shop.
They are always as professional as can be and are bot always trying to upcharge for something else. Only place I go and trust.

He wanted to do work that didn't needed to be done!! All I needed was my front brakes and rotors done back brakes and rotors looked good no work needed, I took my car to CAR-X and got a estimate aswell !!! I can believe Midas did that to me I trusted them In the pass I used to being my car and SUV to them for service,,, now it make me believe that they have been doing this to me all the time. And poor lady that was in front of me I feel sorry for her she was charged 1700. And some I know she got rip off !!!!! They do good work but unfortunately they do work that don't need to be done 😡😡😡

Oil change with discount coupon and replaced my license plates with stripped/rusted/stuck screws. Found another issue with exhaust and it was a small fix.

I was the only person in the waiting room which was clean. Appointments are scheduled to practice social distancing. I wore a mask, but removed it to drink a cup of coffee which I brought with me. They serviced my car and explained what the engine codes meant. In and out quickly.

Do not trust your vehicle with Midas. I did an oil change and vehicle inspection. Their visual inspection of brake pads passed but in 1 week I had issue with brake. When I asked them, they told its not possible to say the status of brake pad in visual inspection. But everyone knows brake pad can be visually inspected.

I just noticed that the hubcaps wasn't put back properly.
The gentleman got me in at 800am, diagnosed in 30 minutes, had to wait for parts for it to be delivered, and got me out by noon. He explained what looked like had happened, but said only one side rotor needed to be replaced other wasn't too be but we decided it was best to replace both at the same time. Then he asked about my ride with the tires I had. Asked if it felt rough, I said yes, then he told me I had high performance police tires on it was why, and suggested that I get them replaced.

I took my car to Midas because my breaks bagan a loud metal grinding sound. Go to Midas first! Earlier, they had installed only two of my breaks. At that time, (6 months before the noise) they said the other two were still good. I thought it was now time to replace the other two breaks. The boys at this Midas were and always are amazing. Their quality of service is superb; drove me to work; NO CHARGE for anything!! They fixed that noise (not related to breaks) and said all is still good.

Consumers beware of the handheld diagnosic check devise they use. FOUR visits and thousands of dollars later they have not been able to fix my car. Go to a dealership and get the work done correctly. It's worth it!
