They are knowledgeable as to the specific requirements of my vehicle (something I have not experienced at other outlets). They do not try to sell me products or services that I don’t need, but they are clear as to what my vehicle doesn’t need – or may be needing by the next visit. I went to this visit specifically for an oil change, but I had had a recent battery issue. I was reluctant to take my vehicle anywhere else for a battery test because I knew that I would be told I needed a new battery even if I didn’t. Since a courtesy check of other areas was included with the oil change, I did not mention the battery. After the oil change, I was told that everything on my vehicle looked good, except for the battery. I was very pleased that the issue was diagnosed (and that nothing unnecessary was recommended), and I was able to get the battery replaced while I waited.
Every time I come in I’m very warmly greeted. I always have them do anything that goes wrong with my car.

I asked that my brakes be checked. The rears were not because the next day I had extreme scrubbing in the fear and had to replace a drum as well as the shoes.

After going back 3 times for a check engine light on because of a bad gas cap they replaced the gas capped. Now they new I needed a new one before but they also k ow money is pretty tight so I did not mind waiting until it was really needed. I just wish it was not so much money but I had to,pay because I needed it 22 dollars for a gas cap,is a bit much but hopefully it will solve this issue for a very long time

Too many issues only go for oil change now after having been a customer over 20 years this last time I had an safety issue that they never brought to my attention which is crucial to driving would no longer recommend them to anyone
They have too earn my trust again it was very easy for emission test and they are closet but for everything else no way too many issue from past don't trust them any more
They just gave up trying to fix my car the mechanic said he was just thrown into the situation but that was not so he had worked on it 2days before. I finally took the cr someplace else and they got it fixed in one visit. Really sad I have been going to Midas for as long as they have been open but I will not be going anymore I get tied of ways having to take my car back to get it fixed for the same issue I don't k ow what they problem is there but I have finally had it
Part of the inspection is tire Rosario's the last 2 time I was there they did not do it they also did. It check tire pressure and I never get a copy of the inspection report I have gone to this location for many years and always got exceptional service. It since the new manager and he has been there a couple years now he just wants dads in and out and does not worry about the full service inspection very disappointed I may have to look else where to take my car I would not recommend to anyone
