I have used only Midas Westchester IL for my car service needs for the past two years. I am highly satisfied with this team of professional, friendly mechanics. I truly appreciate Diego for his knowlege and honesty. Previous to Westchester. I took my car to Midas Countryside, IL, where I was also highly satisfied with my serve. Both locations were able to transfer all my paperwork/history from Countryside to Westchester when I needed to change locations. I'm a very pleased customer!

There was a large amount of oil under my car when I got home. The Midas employee explained that this was residual oil, not a leak. I have never experienced this. It continued until the next day, even after I took my car back and they “cleaned it up”. I had a similar experience at a jiffy live years ago and they offered me a free oil change to compensate for the fact that I had to make an additional trip. The associate at Midas was apologetic but the person who did the work did not even apologize. It was a poor customer service experience.

The labor rate I thought was high and your coupons never change or go up but your labor rate has gone from $97.50 to $150 per hour.

After they were done, I asked them if they put coolant and they said all they forgot, then they told me that they broke the cap for the oil change and then knew they had something there they could use, since the oil change my car has been leaking oil in my garage on the driveway, now I have to go somewhere to get it fixed

Had an appointment for 9:00 am and they didn’t take my car and start performing my oil change until 9:21am which is not good customer service.If you take make an appointment for a specific time then that time should be honored no matter what.
I called to see if they were able to see me due to a nail in my tire and they said to come on in. They passed my car back almost instantly. Unfortunatly my tire was no good and they needed to replaced it but they didn't have it in stock so they had to order it. Only wished they had it in stock so I didn't have to make a second trip but other than that I really like the ease and service.
