I got a call shortly after I dropped off my car with the quoted price, had them confirm the price and then gave the OK to start work. Got a text an hour later with a price $200 higher, and then tried to clarify and got my confused and a different price. So I restated what I was quoted and what I agreed to and I never heard anything else, other than the call my car was ready.I ended up paying the original quote amount, but it was very confusing.
The employees at Midas were extremely professional, friendly and competent. They went above and beyond to assist me with my tire. I was very impressed with the courtesy and customer service of the young men that I dealt with when I came in with a leaky tire.
Everything went very smooth with my appointment. I requested it online and I heard back within 15 minutes regarding when I could come in. When I dropped my car off, the staff greeted me kindly and told me how long it would take. They texted me when it was ready to pick up and to my surprise, they took the liberty to rotate my tires and check the brake pads. This was amazing as I was worried about whether these things needed replacing and they checked it on their own. They told me everything looked great and nothing needed immediate care. They were so friendly at this location which was awesome because I’ve had some questionable experiences at other auto repair shops. I will definitely have my car serviced here from now on!

Andy, the owner, has been absolutely wonderful every time we've gone there over the last 10 or more years. I recommend his Midas to everyone. It feels like a friendly neighborhood garage and he treats the customers like they're all neighbors. Always polite, extremely knowledgeable and honest and the pricing is very fair. I have my kids going to him now. I just bought a car and had him check it over immediately - he found almost $3,000 of repairs needed! I showed the dealer who agreed with him and agreed to fix them. He's given me options but never tries to oversell. He just runs his business they way I wish all were run.

Was almost quick and didn't get any paperwork or conversation regarding my vehicle or any conversation about how it went or anything...dont dven lnow if they rotated the tires becaus3 couldnt get a straight answer and then it wasn't until I asked about whether or not the tires were rotated does the gentleman bring up that I need to get new tires in like a month or so (which Idt is even correct) and They just were not gonna say anything to me about anything or if I had not brought up whether or not the tires had been rotated before I was about to walk out with only a receipt- nothing about what they did or came across or suggesting to me as the customer....??

When arriving at Midas, Andy was informed and he pulled it in immediately so they would not have to jump it again. After testing, the original 6yr old battery was determined to be deceased and fried.
