This is my go to place for auto maintenance and repair. They cover a wide range of vehicle repairs so I don't have to go one place for one thing and Midas for others. The service is done on time and done correctly the first time.

I had an appointment from 10 to 12 that I made online with the Gore's I wanted. I dropped off the vehicle off the night before. I was called the morning of the day of my appointment telling me that I did in fact need tires and that they would order them. I was u.der the impression that when I made the appointment the tires would be ordered. No price was discussed during this conversation. I was called around 2:30 that afternoon to let me k ow it was ready. That is a very long time to be without a car on a weekend when I had my kids. When I arrived to lick it up they wanted to charge me over $220 more than the internet quote I received. After I told them I would not and could not pay that, a senior mechanic or manager did step in and adjust price, but it was still $50 more than the quote. One of the guys said they did am alignment but I was never contacted for approval.
Ease of appt process and quick response. Excellent description of my car problem and then how to best repair it. Cost and time given. Repair done as promised within time and cost.
Staff did not communicate properly. Said i needed $2500 in repairs, when i said i was pulling my car out, suddenly my repairs were only $300.

Wheaton Midas is the best Trustworthy
I have taken my vehicles to the Midas in Wheaton, Illinois for years. Unless it is a warranty item, they have been able to handle all of my routine maintenance.
I've been going to this location for years and the guys there are always polite and thoroughly explain any issues with the car. I feel like they're helping maintain the car rather than upselling a customer. Their communication is the best and I have recommended this Midas location many times.

In the past the managers as well as the staff doing the work in the garage have been so helpful, even finding the solution that the dealerships were unable to discover.I highly recommend everything about the Wheaton Illinois facility.
