I have used this location for all my vehicles for the past three years. Always fast, friendly service. Never have tried to sell me something that I didn’t need, but they have alerted me to any issues they’ve seen or that needed attention.

I had my front brakes and rotors replaced about 6 months ago. My car started shaking when braking so I took it it, and then it was explained that my front and back brake and rotors need replaced again because they were warped. I didn't quite understand why and they couldn't give me another reason other than maybe they were faulty. Luckily the front was covered under warranty so I only had to pay for the rear. I'm hoping these last longer and we have no issues in the future. I always have a good experience with Midas in Anderson, and will continue to go to them in the future.

From my phone call to my service appointment the entire interaction was friendly and I was treated like someone that they were interested in.

I arrived with my car almost an hour early for my appointment. They got me in and out extremely fast. I was very impressed with how efficient they were.

It was just an overall pleasant experience. The young man that signed me in was kind and courteous. And when my vehicle was finished with the oil change, which was completed in 20 minutes, which was wonderful, the young man was kind and courteous, in letting me know my vehicle was ready.

On my online appt request, I asked for engine light to be checked. It wasn’t mentioned. Other than that, oil change was quick and Zach was really nice.
