I’ve been coming to Midas to my oil changed for several years. I bring my own oil and filter because I want certain brand. I’ve been charged usually $20-$30 for labor. My last visit I was charged $55 just for labor. The service manager said there’s a new owner and prices have gone up. $55 is almost double from what I’ve paid in the past. I want bee coming back.

When tell a customer you are going to rotate the tires do it. When a customer asks you to please fill up a tire fill it up. Now I have been told by Bradley I will receive a free oil change a tire rotation the next time I come back. Let's see if that happens.

Went in for an oil change and the tech brought out my engine & cabin air filters, which were filthy!!! He changed them for a reasonable price!

I paid $600 and left with more problems. It was supposed to be a simple job - oil change and new brake pads. It required 2 days, and I left with a nonfunctioning ABS. I don’t trust them to touch my car! And I will NEVER recommend anyone go there.

I had a coupon for 24.99. It was $35 when I paid, because they said labor is added in after the coupon. A tire rotation was included with coupon, and they did not rotate my tires. They said all tires had 35 lbs of pressure, and I don't believe that! They're never the same!

They were very kind, and I am a college student who doesn't know that much about cars. They took the time to talk to my dad over the phone and explain the issue with my car.

Chris and the rest of the crew were extremely kind and helpful during my visit! He clearly communicated the price breakdown to me since I don’t have much experience with cars so I could understand the price. He also showed me and explained an issue with one of my brakes that I didn’t even know was a problem but was found due to the courtesy inspection! My oil change was done in under 45 minutes and Chris definitely went above and beyond to help during my visit; I will definitely be coming back to Midas because of him and the rest of the team! :)

I had a flat tire on Saturday noon. The patch ended up being defective and more than 10 lb of pressure leaked out by Sunday. I spent $6 USD at gas stations for air between Sunday and Monday. Went back to MIDAS on Monday and patch was replaced. AOK now, but it would have saved me time and worry if the patch had worked the first time. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and I certainly will go back again if needed.

I was told on two separate occasions that my car was ready, then when I got there both times it was not. The first time they said it would be another hour and a half or so, so I left to go do some work. 10 minutes later They called me back saying it would be done at three, then once I came at three it was still not done and I waited another hour and a half in the shop. I was charged labor wise for nearly the entire four hours of my entire service when half the time we were all waiting on the delivery of the bulbs to come.

I saw an ad for oil change (approx. $30). My oil change cost $130.00. The cost is not the problem. The problem is the increase was NEVER communicated you me. A $100.00 increase is significant and should be communicated prior: not at the time of payment. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The manager was exceptionally helpful. The store was very busy and the phone was ringing all the time. He remained professional and kind to everyone. Your company is lucky to have him.

The reminder sent me about the oil change was very helpful. Scheduling a time was easy. Everything was done in 40 minutes and that included a no charge battery check. Friendly people! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
