I had to have my car towed to the shop. Midas got it in right away and diagnosed the problems. I had set up an appointment online the evening before. I was given detailed pricing and explained the issue. My car was finished in a fair amount of time and the staff was all very polite and informative.

The vehicle drives better than it has in years. No vibration, shaking and is tight feeling. Night and day difference from the ford service for same thing.

The oil change took too long, they rotated the tires, which i had done the week before and was advised about them doing so...not happy about that. They did offer to return the tires to former position, but i had been there over an hour, which i believe is way too long. Wanted new wiper blades but they didn't have my size.

Took my car in for an oil change. Was told by their mechanic that my water pump was going out and that I needed to replace it right away. I did not believe him so I took it to another place that I trust and they had to do some disassembly to inspect and confirmed that my water pump was just fine. Cost me well over $100 to confirm that the Midas mechanic did not know what he was doing.Also, this facility has been playing games when I was taking my car in for an oil change. They spend more time trying to find problems than doing what they told me they would. I am supposed to also have my tires rotated wet the oil gets changed but they come up with excuses not to do it. Either they say they don't have time or on one accusation they told me the tires were too worn to rotate. I am not stupid. I took it to another facility and they rotated them no problem. I wold like to be reimbursed for th cost of the inspection that turned out to be unneeded.
I was able to get the car in the same day as requested. When the service person called to explain the issue, he took a real interest and clearly answered all my questions.I do not recall that last time car service was this smooth and easy.
I had an alignment done with my car and before entering the shop my vehicle drifted to the left and after leaving the shop my vehicle drifted to the right even worse than before. I had to bring the car back in after a already long day and wait for the repairs to be completed again.
I ran over a screw and when I called the auto shop that I usually go to they couldn't get me in immediately. I'd never given my business to Midas but called hoping I could get help immediately. The gentleman who answered the phone was kind and said come in anytime. When I arrived, I was immediately helped and told that my car would be fixed shortly. When my bill came, it was $0 and the guy told me it's no problem just come back and see him when I need more work done. I will be sure to pay it forward and bring any auto issues I have to Midas in the future.

Challenge for some of these questions is that I live 3 hours away from the store.
when I dropped my car off was told that they do not see and appt in the records only a request for an appt, even though I rec'd a confirmation the day before. Three hours after i dropped it off I was told it would be about $1000 to fix the brakes; I said I would like to get another estimate and he told me it would be $19.99 for inspection even though on the Midas website it advertises free brake inspections. He told me it would be an hour to "put it all back together."

My car battery died on me unexpectedly. I called Midas in Carmel, IN to see if they could fit me in for an appointment and Steve kindly assured me they would take car of me. I asked to add on an oil change since I was coming due soon and that was no problem, and the team identified a couple other issues that they called me about, recommended fixes and walked me through all the costs. Steve was transparent that one of the issues didn't need to be an immediate fix if I wanted to wait, and let me know that coupons were available on the website. I highly appreciated the transparency and not trying to 'upsell' me unnecessarily! I had my car back, new and improved, less than 24 hours after it died on me.

I was greeted as I came in the door. The manager explained what they were going to do. After the inspection he informed me what the problem was, had a drawing where it was, and a quote to have it repaired. I said ok and when should I bring the car back. He said we can do it right now and it should take about an hour. Clean restroom and free wi-fi. What more could I ask for. Great service and I will be using this Midas for all my future work.

My Midas experience was excellent! They got my car in very quickly and kept me informed of what needed to be done. They did a great job on my tailpipe problem, letting me know beforehand what needed to be done before proceeding.
