As a frequent customer at the main street location I know Caesar the Midas manager have a great rapport with him. He always explains what is happening and if they don't have parts, and explains pricing.

In and out with my busy schedule. Told of any concerns tech had. No pressure to make sudden decision. Concerns on paper with est cost including labor.

Ceasar is a true professional, very knowledgeable and polite.

Courteous service group that explained services and performed quickly. Explained items that may need to be addressed with the vehicle.

I drive a fleet vehicle and I can count on Cesar to make sure my vehicle is safe and reliable after being serviced. He goes above and beyond every single time. He's friendly and professional!

The two guys there were great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in for an alignment and mentioned my steering wheel was rubbing. They explained I had a broken strut and that I’d need to get that fixed first before doing an alignment or the alignment would be for nothing. Also told me the strut might be covered under my warranty. I would have never thought about that as a possibility. Pulled up a pic and told me exactly what a strut does. Very informative.

The customer experience there is always the best he explains what is wrong with my vehicle and works the best way to fix it, very friendly and easy to work with and near where I live.

Very friendly, they never assumed pricing was okay, they went over it with me prior to each step so there were no surprises. I explained my needs of having this vehicle run well for years and they explained service to me. They didn't rush me through like alot of these other places do. It did take a little longer, but they also double checked their work. Other places run you through real quick, slap it together and that is it. But not at this Midas. The guys double checked their work and even drove it and then checked it again to make certain for leaks and stuff. This Midas is old fashion service. The good ol' days type of service. I even read a sign they have 0% down, and 0% for financing. That's very old school and I came home and told my husband how I read that and it gives everyone the opportunity to have their car fixed and be able to provide a safe vehicle for their family regardless if they are young and starting out, or a single mom. I like what I read. Its a Godly act to do thar for people. The guys there were nice too, unlike other places, they seemed to actually like working on cars.
