Called before hand for a quote and was very satisfied with associate on the phone call. When we came in to get all four tires everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Double check your work, ask somebody else to check your work so if something is missed it is taken care of.

The parking lot was completely filled with cars that had been there overnight frost on all of them. No place for me to park had to just park in the main drive. There had to be 20 or more cars.

This was the first time I ever went to Midas, and I can say that it went really well. It took a little longer than it should have, but that was because they had technical issues with previous vehicles. They were sure to explain how others were causing more problems than expected, and they were sorry it was taking so long. I didn’t know what to expect, as it was my first time ever going, but I thought it was perfectly fine and had no complaints. Not even about the waiting time.

My oil change was completed quickly and the staff was very polite and my wait was okay because of a good t.v. show.
Manager charged me for a job that a mechanic screwed up. Also lied on the paper work stating that I stripped the bolt when I clearly stated that the bolt was stripped before I even got started reason why I took it to the shop in the first place. Mechanic dented and caused my oil pan leak by putting on a extrator socket with a heavy hammer that I called out laying on the floor. Charged me 472 dollars for a job that his mechanic created. Then when I got home I looked under the car and it looks like the oil pan was never replaced and they just popped the dent out and put a new drain plug in it and I clearly told him the new drain bolt was in the passenger seat and now it’s missing and isn’t even the same drain bolt that’s on the pan now. Also my oil pan calls for a crush washer and no crush washer on it now.
I'm not good at understanding car terminology. When Kyle, the store manager, was explaining this to me, he showed me instead and it helped me understand what was going on and being done to my car! Very good experience! Kyle was very nice and also pointed out an option for a Midas credit card so I could get my car fixed the same day. I had to call back to possibly get my breaks bled more and he scheduled me for the next day (super fast unlike other places). With Kyle being very helpful and explaining what was going on and showing me, it made me feel more comfortable with his crew working on my car. Great team!
I had trouble starting my car. I called on a Saturday morning to find out if there was any way I could have my car serviced that day. The friendly staff at the location told me to just come in. They quickly fixed my problem and explained it in a way I could understand. They were kind, friendly, and quick. I was so impressed I had them change the oil on my car even though that was not originally planned. They changed my oil and had me out quickly so I could enjoy the rest of my day. I was thoroughly impressed with the friendliness and skill of the people working in this store. I will be back and I will be telling everyone about my experience.
