I thought my trip to Midas was an overall great experience. Friendly staff, clean environment, and got my car done same day!

I was in the waiting room and i heard the mechanic that grabbed my keys say " oh my god all of this excessive weight" talking about my key chain and said it so loud that the front desk person shushedhim. then the front desk person asked me if i wanted my tires rotated and i said yes and i watched the entire service and my tires weren't rotated. and the last time i got an oil change it was 50$ and this time with a coupon it was 76$

Doug immediately greeted me and let me know the process for brake service. He called me as promised and informed me of the services needed. Friendly and prompt service!

Even the guy at the counter told me straight to my face. Customer service was really bad. And they inspect your car just to find the minimum reason to take more money from your package. Customer service guy told me. That the state inspection is only $38 do

Brought the car from dealer following 60k service. Dealer wanted $450 and said only rear brakes needed service. Midas (doug) quoted me $130 for pads and $35-45 for each rotor if needed. Took the car to midas. They then called me to tell me I needed front and rear brakes quoting me $850. After expressing my displeasure, only had them do rear brakes and ended up @$350. Would have gone elsewhere but had to leave on vacation trip. These guys are shady. I will never return
