It wasn't Midas fault. They had a very hard time finding the air box for my car. It took a few weeks

Everyone was extremely friendly, called me daily to keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle and even called the day after I got my vehicle back to verify everything was ok and I still wasn’t hearing any noises and said to call if I did happen to notice anything. I will definitely recommend them and be back in the future.

Have a technician that knows what he's doing and not to tell a costumer a lie about it he tried to tell me that the break calipers on my silverado didn't have bleeder valves I had to tell where they was and all calipers come with to get air out no service preformed no payment was due

Most everything was taken care of during the visit. When I got home I check out what had been done. Everything had been done except the window washer reservoir had not been topped off. Wonder what else wasn't done

Bradly had waited on me in the past and was quick to welcome me, review the work, provide a price, and get the work done. It doesn't hurt that he has a very outgoing personality, something I don't experience much in retail today. It's a good location. My wife and I have both made it our go-to place in town for auto needs.

The tech did NOT reset the oil change indicator. I had to look it up in my owners manual and reset it MYSELF

Brake check states free but i paid 55$ to find out what i already knew. Prices are too high i will have someone else do the brakes for half what i was quoted. My van is not a truck or suv so i shouldn’t be paying the higher prices those incur. No finance options were offered. I have a 3 yr old in my van every day and it’sa safety hazard that will now have to wait

Higher someone that knows about vehicles. I'm positive the guy at the counter, harley, was still drunk or high. He could not comprehend simple tire placement instructions

The location had a staffing issue, but it did not impact my service, even though it likely should have. The figures it out, and completed my service extremely quickly and professionally.

Service manager was polite and considerate.guy doing the work was great,saved me lots of money.very skilled.

They explained and showed me what needed to be done other than why I was there. It was going to take longer than expected offered to take me home. I went home and received a message a few hours later that my car was done. My daughter took me back to retrieve my car. Another issue came up. We all decided I would leave my car and get it the next day. I got a call it was ready around 9:30AM the next day and I went to pick it up and it was done. I was quoted a price and even though it took longer..the quote stayed the same. Paid my bill and got a copy of the receipt. I was ready to go and I was handed a key to a HYUNDAI! Ah no! I drive a Ford. And that was the mistake that was made. Lol. I will definitely return for service. Thank you

The best and amazing place to get your car done. I am proud of the crew there they are very good at what they do. I met the owner Jeff he is amazing and awesome guy I appreciate helping me get tires for my Subaru impreza I wouldn't know what I do without them. I highly recommend them to anyone there was no wait at all I walked in and dropped my car and they had it done pretty fast.

Very easy to schedule an appt. online. Call back was very quick. Service at the time of appt. was quick and the manager was very friendly. I was scheduled for an oil change and didn't know that rotating the tires was part of the service. I needed that done so was pleasantly surprised. I will return.

My experience was excellent. My car needed a muffler. They showed me under the car and did a thorough inspection. They gave me a ride back to work and picked me up when car was done. My bill was even less than they quoted me. Which I was extremely happy!

Seems the get you in the door with the $59 oil change then charge you $17-20 for each additional quart you need. I could driving to the gas station and gotten the extra quart for $6
