I made an appointment for 11 o’clock and I was not out of the shop until 1:15 pm

I took my vehicle in for front brake pads and an alignment. They did a full inspection first and found that my vehicle needed way more work done than what I came in for and they were great in explaining everything to me.

Price quoted was a coupon price of $29.99 but I was charged $51.51 which included charges for fees that should have been stated when this appointment was confirmed. not just hinted at disposal fees, etc. I also had a tire rotation + multipoint inspection that are somewhat routine including a verification that the technician checked the air pressure in my tires and "verified" that the pressure was within range. They weren't. all 4 tires had a different pressure including one tire (driver side, front) that was down to 29 psi while the other three were at 34, 35 and 37. All tires should have been repressurized to the same psi. This makes me wonder how many other of the checked items were even checked

So, I was given a list of service recommendations after they inspected my car. The recommendations Midas gave me are almost the exact opposite of what I had a Goodyear technician tell me last month. Midas told me my brakes were warped, but Goodyear said everything looked fine except my pads needed to be replace. I don't know who to trust, and consequently I will probably take my car to a third mechanic to figure out what is really going on.

I call I think his name was Tom. Like at 730 am.. .told him what I need on vehicle like tires and alignment..my wife had to run back and forth to Chicago due to illness in two family members and she needed to leave that day..which was sat..check had everything I needed got my vehicle in bout 9 .got in on lift with 15 mins.then I added a oil change on top of that..so tires alignment oil change the found out it also had a bad battery so had that switch.in matter of hrs I was back on the road and wife later was on her way to Chicago..safe thxs a ton

I am very proud of my 2013 Fiat 500 Abarth. It's a rare, special car and the Midas technician took the time to make sure he had the correct oil ( Euro spec) and did a very professional job on the car. It gives me confidence to have this Midas store maintain and repair my Fiat in the future.

Professionalism of technician

Our Jeep is 21 years old. The front brakes were original to the vehicle. The Midas tech explained that everything on the front brake had to be replaced. The work took all afternoon and the mechanics had to work past closing time to finish the repairs, which we appreciated. The rear brakes need to be replaced too, and we will need to bring the car back next month for rear brake repair. Thank you for replacing our brakes today and honoring our military family with a military discount.

I was originally quoted $499.00 after the inspection to replace my front brake pads and rotors. I received a phone call at 3:46 notifying me that due to the rotors being hard to replace, the price went from $510.00 to $1,171.75. I was very disappointed and upset. I received a call that my vehicle was ready at 5:46. I arrived about 15 minutes later and my vehicle wasn’t ready and I waited about 30 minutes for them to finish.

Nothing against anyone there, very cool and communicative team. It’s just hard to be highly satisfied with spending soon much money on anything at a car shop. Car stuff is expensive, I’m broke, that’s a me problem though.

The customer service was EXCELLENT and they were flcery friendly and HELPFUL in regards to all my many questions.

The manager was very friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained what was going on with my vehicle and even took the time to bring out a manual, with pictures, so I understood what exactly was going on and why the replacement of parts was needed.

Experience was great overall. I sometimes just feel Midas is a bit overpriced on parts. But I don’t mind so much of the service is good and I’m treated with value.

Took my rusty ‘08 Ram for a front end alignment. Lewis took his time trying to get the alignment perfect. Needless to say it’s an older truck, I wasn’t expecting perfection, but he took me back in the shop to explain what was and wasn’t aligned and why. This is the second time he has had to deal with my vehicle amd explain the situation. I have been extremely satisfied with his services and attention to detail both times. The truck drives great now and I will always request Lewis in the future. The only issue I had was scheduling my time slot online. I received an email stating that I would receive a confirmation email when my appointment was approved. I never did get that, but the problem was easily solved by calling and confirming my time with Shane, who was also polite and respectful on the phone and during my visit.

Midas welded an exhaust hanger rod onto the exhaust pipe near the rear axle area. The original rubber hanger connector that connects the hanger rod from the exhaust pipe up to the body support hook was exchanged with an inferior and smaller rubber connector, without reason. This is not the type of service requested - a strange way to do the work performed.

They were very nice and friendly and very knowledgeable. They did a awesome job on my car got it running like it's brand new. They really care about the customers.

My experience with Midas was horrific. I took my vehicle here trusting these mechanics would do what they promised and fix my vehicle. But the only thing they did was take my money and destroyed my car even more . They didn?t even know what they were doing

Went there to change a bad wheel bearing. Car works fine and still drivable just annoying with the bearing. Dropped off the car to get it fixed. They called me to tell me they changed the bearing and tie rod on the driver's side front. After they did that

Midas consistently seems to be overpriced for their service. Since they had the car I approved them to complete the work. When I checked locally with other shops it seems Midas charged me $750 when other shops said $500 was the maximum I should have paid.
