This was my 5 or 6th time to Midas. Gary and Chris are awesome. I have never had any issues with service or information they have given me. This visit was a second opinion about tires I had bought and mounted at another place. (Big mistake) The saw the issue immediately, told me what was needed to be done, explained pricing, and did the work right away. As always I was highly impressed with their honesty, knowledge, and ability to fix my car the same day. I am done with other shops in the area. I will be returning for anything my hubby can't fix himself.

Just had a leak in a tire. I bought tires from this Midas and was satisfied with the service then. That’s what brought me back this time.

Provided the services I asked for in the time I expected. All steps of the inspection were communicated, agreed upon and completed. I knew exactly what to expect the entire time.

Just the the $24.99 oil change would be just that. It was $48. I'm satisfied with what was done and my tires were rotated, so that was convenient. The staff was very polite and professional A+

Online quotes don’t include everything that will need to paid for, so when you walk into the store they add on a few extra hundred dollars that you didn’t know about. Didn’t receive any service from this company. Extremely misleading and shady.

I paid to have my best old tire to be put onto my spare. When I looked into the back, my blown out main was in the trunk still. They mounted my spare with a brand new tire. Left my main rim in the trunk. So now I have a spare rim for a main and no spare! No SPARE!!!!!!!! I am incredibly angry about this. I paid for the mount!!! They didn't mount it!!!! No no spare whatsoever!!! So I will have to buy a new spare!!! This is not acceptable!!! I am not happy at all. This will cost me another $200 I am furious!!!!!

I've been to this Midas Service Center before, and have been highly satisfied with their service. Also they are located close to the Lutheran Hospital campus where I work. Also Gary Siebert is so helpful and knowledgeable.

Stick to problem solving as asked during drop off. Then hold to the appointed time. Do NOT look for other problems and then pressure for additional work/sales.

Was quoted something and when I went back the next day, the manager doubled the quote. It was quite scummy of the manager (Indiana hillbillie) to do that but I guess what else could you do expect from a guy who seemed who seemed to be robbing poor folks.

Took my car into midas on jefferson for an oil change. A month later I go check my battery and notice Midas never put my cover over my engine back.

It was good service. My only complaint is they left the info that the oil was at 100%; instead of putting back my regular info on the screen. Now I have to figure out how to do that.

This is the 2nd time I've gotten my oil changed at Midas, and did not receive my tire rotation service. Both times there was additional work that needed to be done. The technicians were trying to get me to get those items taken care of for hundreds of dollars vs. taken care of the items included with the $20.00 oil change. Felt like I had to help them make commission. Thinking about not patronizing Midas anymore. Now i have to pay someone one to rotate my tires.

Midas on Illinois Rd.-Ft. Wayne, IN, was a life saver! On Friday night, 2/23/2018, my driver's side rear turn signal bulb blew out without warning. Saturdays are usually difficult to get a repair done with most auto repair shops, even a minor repair, without a prior scheduled appointment.I was so thankful that this Midas location could fit me in on Saturday afternoon. The repair technician was quick, efficient & m car was done in a matter of minutes!Many thanks again!

This was my first synthetic oil change and I was stunned to be charged $65 for it. I was told the additional quart of oil was $10...pretty sure I can buy it cheaper than that anywhere. Not at all happy.
