Labor charge at this location is 900$ to change brakes! BRAKES???? 900 LABOR?? REALLY?? this is a loot. I took a quote at other shops while waiting at MIDAS and towed my car there and it was 70% cheaper including towing. Never going back to looters midas

Have pricing posted online and in store. Online they ask for vehicle specifics so pricing should be available for services. Quoted time. After so many hours a shuttle should be offered. Receipt should clearly state the price for items and hours of labor.

I needed an oil change and this was an easy in and out. Friendly staff and Valvoline products were certainly a bonus.

I had to pay over 100 dollars for an oil change and tire rotation. That is absurd.

I was not greeted, I paced in the waiting room for several minutes waiting on someone to come in from the bay, going over to the window and looking at the workers. Three of the employees were on their cell phones. I had to open the door and ask for assistance. It took 45 minutes for an oil change. The employees looked like there was no hurry to get anything done. The manager did apologize for the wait after the service was completed.

Mike was awesome, didn’t catch my technicians name but he did a great job and communicated extremely well throughout my service. A+++ Appreciate ya guys.

I was first car there, with an appointment, left it fir an hour (oil and rotation) and still had to wait 15 min - seems 75 minutes is a long time for these service?

Oil change only took 30 minutes they were super fast! Also was looking into replacing a belt but they told me that there wasn’t that much damage to need replacing. Super honest people, glad they didn’t take advantage and charge me for something that I didn’t need.

Company was behind due to low staff but oil change was still done in 45 min. Also advertised oil change with tire rotation but didn't rotate tires. Manager stated you have to ask for that. So probably shouldn't advertise if you're not going to do.
