Exceeded my expectations due to vehicles age.
Had to take out new battery they put in because they couldn’t reset something in my car for the new one.
I experienced uncomfortable and felt I was getting screwed because I was women. I am intelligent and don’t treat me like I am idiot because I am female. I spoke to my coworkers about it next day and two other women felt the same. I will never go back again.
They did exactly what I asked them to do which is look at my tire. After that they found some problems and brought them to my attention.

For the third time taking a vehicle there my car floor looked like it was in the grease pit. Big gobs of black grease on my gray floor mats. No respect for the vehicle or me doing this. I’m done if I have to scrub my floor mats color out.

Let's just say this is the reason I do not go to anyone but my Toyota dealer. I am very picky about my car and first off the paperwork said I had a crack in windshield washer fluid line... I was NOT told this AT all!! And now it does not work AT ALL when it was working perfectly the day I went in as I use it DAILY. I also had tire rotation and now every time I hit a bump there is a scraping sound I'm extremely angry as I am very picky about my car and how it is handled. I get oil changes 500 miles before it's due so I know when something has been done!! Ive never had this issue with Toyota and this time I decided to trust midas and I never should have!!!

I had my catalytic converters halfway cut off several months ago. You welded it back on for me. This time the thieves removed my converter. After visiting a Kia repair shop, I returned to you. You had a universal catalytic converter on hand and installed it. How could I not be thankful to your store and employees for fixing my problem?

I had to call them to find out out about the delay in service and they were very rude when I called and asked what was taking so long. I did however get a 20$ discount.
