Went in for a oil change and tire rotation, they didn’t rotate the tires but spent time telling me I needed to get my plugs changed and Radiator fluid flushed. I understand that but you should do the work that you’re getting paid to do first before you bring me an estimate

I had a coupon for $49.99 oil change and forgot it at home. Called them to get price he said he had a coupon for me to use and that it will still be $49.99 plus tax. When I arrived I had to pay almost $65, and when questioned they said it took an extra quart of oil. But i had just called and they told me it was only $49.99 plus tax. Only part I didn't like.
